Brian. I got added as an authorized user and the credit age from our AMEX did not transfer over but the credit limit did.

I just got approved for this card today. If you are a long term member like me (5+ years, I got my chase checking account at 13 – now i'm 18) and you don't abuse their 5/24 rule, you are guaranteed to get this card. I do have a bit of money in my checking account as of now ($2,300) so that might've helped. I'm unemployed.
If you like to mess around with banks, then you might not get approved for any branch.
