Great video. Real estate is only viewed as a good investment due to the fact that the housing market is immensely manipulated by federal reserve and federal government not to mention state government and local government as well. Lottery tickets are major scam that is highly monopolized and manipulated by government as well.

Upstate NY is beautiful, would be even better without NYC-influenced taxes affecting the whole state

Rich people also don't care about sign up bonuses for credit cards or 2-5% cashback on grocery/gas purchases. They want the VIP access and experiences that the AMEX Plat/Centurion card has to offer.

I have a credit one card – i was excited to get it because it opened a lot of doors back up again! It doesn’t charge interest from the posting date – I only put a small subscription on it (dollar shave) and I haven’t paid a dime in interest

Dude, if I wanted to watch a three-year-old read off of a Teleprompter I could’ve watched Trump’s presidential address.

All great points. Poor people buy things; wealthy people invest in experiences and productivity. Wealth is also more of a mindset than what's in one's wallet. Lottery winners (poor people) usually squander all of their winnings within a few years. Wealthy people can come from way behind and find their way to success through grit, open-mindedness, and long-term vision. I personally know entrepreneurs who came from the inner city, got an engineering degree at an Ivy League school, and went on to build & sell tech startups.
I myself came from a poor family, got an engineering degree, work at a prestigious job, and have started my own online business on the side. Most everyone who has substantial net worth and worked for it themselves avoid all of the things you've mentioned.
