Can you do a video on the amex soft pull for a 2nd cc. Ive been reading and some data points suggest that after you have a relationship with amex they dont hard pull your credit.
Have a $5000+ property tax bill, thinking of taking the Amex platinum 75k intro bonus and downgrade CSR. I bypasses 100k offer last summer, should I wait? But have to see if I will have spending needs in the future.
I appreciate you! I just got approved for my Chase Hyatt Card and I have big car maintenances I have to spend on. I’m also currently trying to finish that 5/24. I have one more spot available and I’m leaning towards getting the United Explorer Card.
Just so y'all know Sebby married (man crushes )
So I'm at 4/24 and 2 of those will go away in july, I know I want the CSR(watched alot of your videos the last month or so lol) but I'm also looking at one of the chase ink business cards before i get the CSR, I applied for the preffered and got the 7-10 day message, what should i do?
Considering the "2nd Amex Platinum Biz" card offer that I just received, to pay yearly income tax. That's right, another card, with 75k MR point bonus, and all benefits (2x, effectively discounted for things like Priority Pass/ShopRunnet/whatever, which I have multiple of). Seems like +EV, at least for sign up bonus and benefits during that period. Not a long term hold. Safe to consider?
Working on my green card and CSP subs right now. Then some gardening.
Going for the southwest companion pass right now! Hitting min spend in January so I can get it for 2 years. I did the business card with 80k bonus and personal with a targeted offer of 60k
Future video idea: I'm interested to know how the credit card game in the United States compare to other countries (Canada, UK, other European, Japan, etc). I'm assuming its better in the US but don't know for sure. Would be interesting but would involve some research. Just an idea.
Paying property tax toward min spend for CSP SUB. Will at least be getting something for that big annual spend, LOL.
Trying to hit minimum spend for chase ink preferred. Thanks for the tips.
IM LATE TO THE PARTY BUT LETS ROLLLLLLL SEBBBBBB 👍👍👍🤙🤙🤙🤙👍😁😁😁🤣🤣🤣
Plus RENT. Working on a $500 USBank biz card bonus from paying my normal rent via Plastiq. thanks for the vid Sebby!
Isn't it true that Amex won't count income tax payments for MSR purposes? I could swear I've read that a few places…
Sebby I have to pay sales tax & I have the cic which platform would I use to pay it for my business?
Sounds like you got a cold, take care man
Just got the AMEX Delta Plat for 80k Delta points SUB for 2k spend. Already hit that on day 1 with a property tax payment.
Oh man, this card came 2 weeks too late!
Love your channel…I just got the bonvoy chase card spend $3000 earn 75,000 points 😊 .. wonder how long I should wait? Before I try a new card??
Thank you for all the tips. I applied a card for my wife through your site. Cross finger she gets approve cause she has ITIN (not a PR or citizen).
Planning to start Chase business cards
If paying taxes, remember that Chase Freedom has 5% on PayPal this quarter. PayUSAtax accepts Paypal.
Hi Sebby, I just got the CSR and I am about to spend 8K on combine airlines and hotels. I do have 20K points on my freedom card. What's the best way to get the best value of that? Thanks
Big fan normally, but the format of this video was a little confusing. I have some payments and I am still not really sure what cards offer which bonuses for how much min spend.
Hey Sebby thanks for the video. Would you take the Hyatt offer right now? I'm back under 5/24 but none of the Chase cards I'm interested in have their highest offers.
I have the CF, CFU, and CSR. I’m thinking about getting the CSP just to hit the bonus then canceling it after a year or two. If I do this would I still have my points after canceling the card? Love your videos!
I don't know if you can comment on this Sebby:
NFCU recently had a revamp of some of their cards. I'm seriously considering to drop the aspiration chase trifecta and putting amex in pause (even though I love them) to try out a set up with them. I'm thinking of just running a "duofecta" with the more rewards amex and their flagship rewards card. It won't be the most luxurious or profitable set up, but it seems to be able to rack a lot of points for a very low cost. The only thing holding me back is how much value can you actually get out of their points system.
Love your channel!
I am looking at getting the World of Hyatt card, but am wondering if it is still worth it with their devaluing of their points. I can always transfer points from Chase to Hyatt.
Man this is exactly what i was thinking!
I owe the feds about $3k , so i was thinking maybe I should pull the trigger on the csp
Sebby, I'm planning on getting a mortgage in a few months. I'm above 5/25 and my first business card I got in September, the Amex Amazon Card. I sell about $500 worth of stuff on craigslist a month after expenses. Do you have any recommendations for business cards that 1. Won't report to my personal credit 2. Will not do a hard pull? I can't have either of these because of the upcoming mortgage.
I swear I get a new card right before you post these videos like every time… damn
