All my points are in Amex, so for me anything short of a credit and I'll dump the Sapphire Preferred as soon as the AF hits. If URs are you're point pool, it's a good deal.
Acquiring premier / high AF card customers is expensive (hence TPG rolling in $$$), so Chase is trying their best to keep the existing one happy. It's better to throw $200-400 in value their way during the pandemic, than have them leave and spend a $1000+ between referral and SUB to re-acquire them or have them go to AMEX / Citi / US Bank. I don't see Chase trying to reduce the benefits or increase fees to recoup spending on these offers in the next couple of years.
I was going to prepay a lot of these categories because I'm trying to hit a SUB on a new card. Thanks for the heads up.

Does this offer include 5X for Preferred members as well? I feel as if those with the Preferred would net higher than Reserve due to the lower AF if this was 5x for all sapphire cards. (CSP member) haha
Hey Waller, how did you see the mortification for the BOA Premium Rewards? I haven’t gotten any email about my card.
I got a CSR offer for 9.99% APR for like 3 months. Haven't seen any other offers but we'll see. Unfortunately I won't qualify for the reduced af credit either. I'm not really interested in keeping the CSR, even with these new things I don't see value in it right now.

Any idea how they are figuring the targeting? I’d love to get that first promotion. I’ve only had CSR a couple months. Past getting the bonus which I got almost 109% on utility spend. I still have it tied as auto pay to those. I might try changing it out and using another CC.
