Chase Pay can be used in store at Walmart. Just download the walmart app and link chase pay to it. Pay with the walmart app (walmart pay) and it uses the linked chase pay. 5% back in store.
Correct me if I'm wrong, you can use PayPal to get airline tickets?
I was hoping for more about Chase Pay. Since Chase is getting rid of the app (after this quarter) how would you use it? Otherwise, I agree this will be a quiet quarter for me since i don't shop at department stores and don't use PayPal.

So I have chase pay and samsung pay. They are linked together. My freedom card has the chase pay symbol in my samsung pay app. So if I use my samsung pay, will it trigger the 5x? Or will it only work if I open the chase pay app?

Yeah, mixed bag. The discover target deal is nice. Beyond that, the multipliers on my NavyFed Amex make more sense for me. I’ve socked drawered my citi double cash and nearly sock drawered my Amex gold. I have seen some great Amex offers for Saks, etc, so that is encouraging.
Can you talk about why amex platinum credit card no longer taking sign up.

Why am I just hearing about the Citi dividend card before? Is it new?
Can I just send 1500$ to a friend via PayPal and they send it back to me and I only lose 3% to fees but gain 7% in UR points? I mean if this works I will definitely do this in December if I didn’t max out yet.

I plan to buy the new iphone on black friday at target with my discover card. Its 5% cashback but the first year they double your cashback so its more like 10% off the new iphone. Plus whatever black friday deal they have.
I tend to buy a lot of larger ticket items at Kohls during black friday. If I can't find gift cards on Raise for more than 5% off then I'll make sure to use my Freedom card for my purchases 😉Thanks for the info Sebby!

Im planing to use my Discover IT card to purchase Delta Gift Cards on Target.com for a Trip to Brazil next year. Typically I will Maximixe the $1500 on Delta Gift Card and is about the price of a round trip ticket If i purchase in advance.
Chase pay is the best if you have Samsung pay bcz you can link it and use it everywhere with NFC or with swipe since Samsung pay work with both
Again Samsung pay for me is the way to go for buying gift cards bcz most of the time they have 20% discount on most of stores that I shop, spending a lot of money for 5% doesn't make sense
Does anyone know/understand the logic as to why the really big box stores like Costco, Sam's, Wal-Mart and Target are always so difficult when it comes to rewards? I don't want their co-branded cards but I find it's difficult to rely on Chase UR or Amex MR when shopping with these guys unless they have something in a portal or an offer.
