Great video as always. The big hole in my Chase quad is gas and groceries, I wish I could earn more than 2x on gas when it's not a Freedom category.

I like Chase's ecosystem, especially the hotel travel portal, which would be my backup plan. Right now I'm all in for Amex, other than a couple business and personal Visa cards.

I collect and earn UR points through my freedom and freedom Unlimited, mostly freedom. Have not gotten around to a remdemption yet. I live in a Delta hub, and United is in Newark so…will see 😀

Love Chase's UR ecosystem. It's easy to use and easy to explain to friends and family. But there's some gaps and that's where the long term planning comes into play. Hopefully, Chase adds a gas and groceries category to a card soon. And hoping they start doing airline bonus transfers on a regular basis.

Great video as always! Chase is the foundation to any good credit card strategy. Currently working on Ink cards.

Chase has points have been good to me. Using the trifecta. The Reserve, Freedom, and freedom unlimited. I think I have only used my points for Tavel international by moving points to United and flying their partners like Lufthansa. Has been a good system. And I just reached my goal of 500,000 ur points. I told myself I’d get to before starting another system. So now it’s time to start building Amex points. Goal there is going to be about 200,000 points then I’m going to set out on a year of non stop travel.

Currently building points in MR with Platinum and Gold, but have a CSP and will eventually concentrate on building UR points. I think I will upgrade to CSR in a few months after the 60K CSP sign on bonus points are posted. The UR redemption rate and the travel credits with the CSR are hard to pass up.

Based on the amount I spend (and the categories I spend on) and the way I travel, I concluded that Chase UR points are the most advantageous for the long term. However, I do like Hilton and Delta so I do have AMEX cards that don’t earn MR points.

Great breakdown of Chase UR Dustin. Looking forward to getting my first Chase card. This helps a lot. Happy travels and take care!

Just PC'd to the Reserve. I'm dropping the Platinum. Here's why:

1. Visa is accepted more overseas. I travel a lot to Thailand and kept getting told "I'm sorry, but we don't accept American Express."
2. The Reserve also has Priority Pass
3. The Reserve has a $300 travel credit and it applies to a lot of things and deducted automatically. If you travel at least once a year, the card is only $150 for annual fee.
