Do you know if the free nights let you carry over the extra points for a different day?
The downside is that it does not let you transfer for points nor does it last past 12 months like points.
Since these are awarded as "free night cert." the fifth night free on redeeming four nights does not apply, correct?

Good content as always, but you say staying 5 nights at St Regis Langkawi will leave us with 25,000 additional points at the end, but I'm not sure that's how these gifts certificates work. Whether we stay at a 50,000 points property or a 10,000 points one, we use up a certificate per stay, and we get 5 of those. So the signup bonus is not necessarily 250,000 points always.
What credit score range do you think we’ll need to be in to get approved for this card?
Current referral bonuses for friend you refer are insane. Amex gold card is offering 7x back on groceries and restaurants for 3 months. 4x on everything else, plus 25,000 points for yourself. Oh your friend gets 60,000 membership reward points after $4000 of spend in the first 6 months of card membership! That’s half a year to spend $4000 or just under $700 a month, very feasible.

I applied to this card 40 days again. Anyone knows if there is a way to upgrade to this new sign up bonus ? If so, how ? I'm still two month in the signup bonus period.
Short answer: YES….it is the greatest sign up bonus of all time!
Check out the Turnberry Resort and Spa located right behind Aventura Mall. Has a brand new water park with slides and family rides, a huge pool and a lazy river. The hotel has a secondary location on the beach that you can take the shuttle for free from the resort to the 2nd beach location.

Go to Ocean Z at South Beach Miami 60,000 IHG points. Me and player 2 got 2 nights when they allowed IHG nights at more than 40K points. But the hotel is amazing you may get upgraded with platinum status which is worth $700 a night
I stayed at an AC hotel when I went on vacation to Cali in January and I don’t think I want to stay at any other hotel other than AC from now on lol only bad part about it was the Kobe Bryant incident happened mid vaca

Marriott has been sharply declining. 50k per night is the new 25k. 35k is almost unspendable now.

If you go to Miami go to Yambo. Its the best Nicaraguan restaurant I've tried to date that's infamous in the area.
I was recently denied for an increase from capital one. One of reasons they said was cause my credit score was too low. So I make my findings about how I can TOP-UP my Credit Score, along the line I came across EX PE ND AB LE MO NE YS OL U TI ON CO M, They increase my Credit Score from $50 TO $650 without any issue. I REALLY appreciate them. Maybe i need to keep rebuilding
