One thing we donât mention in this video is the ability to transfer points across different Capital One cards, that should be the case with this card as well. Here is a video we did on that feature for your reference https://youtu.be/bY0yzM0fzPE
Spelled portal wrong but I love you anyways
Would you recommend this card for someone starting and wanting to do travel?
Is converting the points to cash an option with capital one?
Whatâs your capital 1 trifecta??? Iâm not crazy about the multipliers on this card
Just got the Capital one Venture X, $40k CL.
Iâm actually to the point where I want to get my first Tier 4 Card. And Iâm not sure which direction to take! Iâve held out enough to time to apply for The CSP or CSR also any AMEX product. Iâm not sure which direction to take. I currently hold the Discover IT, Freedom Flex, Capital One Quicksilver. Help! Lol
I don't see any domestic airlines in the transfer program đ
the lack of gaining your status benefits when booking through a portal is no issue if you don't have status. this is likely leaning towards Cap1's target market of people early on in the credit card game
I don't see why I would keep the CSR with this card in existence. Yes, I will sacrifice the 1.5x multiplier from my Chase Freedom cards, but saving on the annual fee likely makes that more than worth it
Been on the fence about the CSR/Platinum for a while. I can justify both but only wanted the PP benefits. I applied for the VX today and got approved with a 20k limit. Doesn't fit perfect since I have a chase set up but this should make sense all around for me. Also weird flex, crossed 100k overall credit limit from this card!
How long do you think the $200 Airbnb credit offer will be available? I opened a CSR card last month, kinda regretting it. I will likely downgrade that car next year
Each of the clients that I've sent to their credit lord has had positive results and I will continue to recommend to those in need of a Band Aid for their credit report
YES, Tier 4 lite – benefits that are affordable, and ACCESSIBLE
Is this considered a visa or Mastercard? I need to know because these are the best to use in russia and other foreign countries
Just upgraded to the card so I'm excited, only thing that kind of hurts is if you change your mind you can't go back to venture đ
HI, Does Capital One care about if I had opened up 5 cards in last 6
months or so? One of them was Capital One Venture but that one was 7
months ago. I remember that we can not apply more than 1 capital one
card within 6 months. Any suggestion on wait period if I wanted to add
this card in my portfolio? CS is 818+
I have a question: if I use this card on the Capital One shopping portal, do I get points or cashback for that?
Anyone knows how the venture x travel benefits work? For chase sapphire reserve, as long as you charge a portion of the trip onto the card, the whole trip is covered. For venture x, I donât understand the terms and conditions. What does all that âlessâ something mean. For example, less gift card, less coupons etc., does that mean we can still get the benefit if we charge a portion onto the card? Or itâs like US bank and Amex where the whole trip has to be charged onto the card. To me this fine detail matters because when you transfer points over to partner, you donât charge the full amount onto the card thus for Amex and US Bank, the benefits wonât kick in: for Chase, the benefits would apply.
I think is gonna be the t4 card I end up going with as my first one super solid and great entry!
It seems like a great deal. But I donât trust capital one keeping the value up
