Yah cash back on the Coinbase card is taxable income, whereas cashback on a credit card is a rebate and is not taxable so 4% =/= 4%

That Hilton deal doesn't really make sense does it from a cost benefit analysis? especially given the Amex gold points are transferable. Wouldn't you be better to put that 8k on the Amex gold and just pay for an extra night if needed?

That sounds like a great deal since you can just convert the 4% coins over to stable coins, as you said, or into BTC or ETH making it better than the Blockfi card.

This is the first time I am hearing about the coinbase debit card. Would love to see a full review on it! Although the conversion fee on it definitely takes away from the 4% cashback.

Just got my Coinbase card yesterday. I also waited a couple months.
Amex platinum gave me a $200 statement credit retention offer when i called to complain that the custpmer service isnt better w platinum compared to my other amex cards lol. I took it 🤣🤣

Yes paypal peer to peer triggers 5x ur points. I pay our daycare owner directly in paypal when we have the 5x category for pp and always max out my multiple freedom cards within that quarter.

Hilton certificates cannot be used at any hotel, tried to book a weekend at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi and was told they the certs are for standard rooms only. Don't believe everything Credit Shifu tells you
