I just walked from Fremont to south of Mandalay terrible .. winter so different from 100 plus temp vibes
I definitely looking forward to seeing The Fontainebleau opening for real. I've been waiting to see that place for over a decade now. Lol!

Coomer & Ostermann! Keep up the great work! Isn’t it pronounced Maa-Ki-Naa? Let’s get that video up to 200K views!
Don’t let AIs take over LV! Mark where is the MI State hat?!?! … Cmon, March Madness needs Spartan fan base!! You guys are crackin top 25…….2 WEEKS ST PATTYS/ NCAA MARCH MADNESS START!!! .. Fountain Blue let’s go!!! Pool drawing looks so cool!! All Net looks cool but will see! I think crypto’s are probably funding it. GREAT WORK guys!!
I agree w Shawn. Fontainebleau looks nice, but there is no draw or anything unique. Same as Resorts World. Cosmopolitan only works because of its prime location, but even it would have flopped if located north strip isolated by itself.
my casino host at Cosmo said not to worry until 2023…so mgm doesnt have much say until then i guess?
I went to that place next to pawn starts. In a bar upstairs. 😂😂 yes I’ve see the BBQ there looks pretty good.
Local! Much love guys! Boy vegas is changing tho. Gas is 4.21 in henderson
I don't always comment but we for sure watch every episodes. Pawn stars is pretty wack. We liked the Cromwell when it was Bill's. Also the rooms are like the Linq. Both hotels have the smallest rooms and got bought so have upgraded tiny rooms. I need my space. The Wife and I used to play tables but they are using the pandemic as an excuse to raise all the prices on the table. When only 3 ppl could play I get it but now everyone can play full tables they need to lower the limits. Oh well, Thanks for the video guys
Love the channel. Any word on the msg sphere?
Mark's right. How many arenas does Vegas need. It's kind of over the top now. I love Vegas, but it's getting out of hand. JMO. Karen
Who's the short guy on the left?
I just hope I can find some 10 to 15 dollar craps tables next week
Caesars is run by bafoons. That one statement explains just about everything they do.
I thought turnberry place took over the land that was formerly wet and wild?? Thanks for the video
We are Caesars Diamond status and we LOVE The Paris! Why aren’t you guys fans of Caesars Properties? Just curious
MGM National Harbor is right outside DC in Prince Georges county MD. Not surprised the fireworks robbers got away with it. Security there is all bark and no bite. Mostly rent a cops and county police looking for OT and an easy gig. Maybe they need some training from LV Metro?

I wonder if they will still utilize the Chocolate Factory and Retail Space like in the video
Fountainbleu tower just doesn't look good .
Dollar loan center bring in dodgeball.
An NBA team can play at T-Mobile. Another arena is unnecessary.
Wow. A lot going on! I bet the casinos moving forward will have some new security feature within the chips. Thanks Shawn and Mark! CAB😊
Vegas is over bulit, soon it will start to eat its self to death…so sad, i loved the old vegas
Let’s get Willy Bank’s hotel built after Fontainebleau, Wynn West, Hotel Zouk, Hard Rock, St. Regis and Majestic.
They are taking care of it Imperial Palace Style. Mold in the corners there in the day.
