Episode Description
Las Vegas home prices have once again hit record levels, but just how much has the market increased in only the last 12 months? A LOT! That’s okay, because we now know what the source of the mystery brown drops that have been falling on #Vegas is. Mark was close with his prediction!
In other #news we talk about the beginning of Vegas pool season and some of our favorite pools. Plus Katy Perry is still not selling out her shows and we’ll tell you how to possibly get an upgrade on tickets, Elsewhere #Primm is dying with a closed casino/roller coaster and a dead mall, Venetian’s new owners want to spread the wealth and Palms may be possibly delayed from reopening due to a difficulty in finding staff. Plus shots for Ukraine!

You guys paint quite the picture for not getting in a Vegas pool.
Casino War played with standard rules is just a 3% house advantage. While not optimal ,it's on the border of a carnival game
I live in california and often visit vegas. I listen to this show weekly and now every time I go to vegas with friends and family, they think I’m a local because of all the info I know and share with them💪😂
Early upload! 👍
Just got home from Vegas and was really surprised myself at how cold it was iv always gone in the summer.
Amazing how much housing went up, had plans to move to Vegas then the pandemic hit, now it's out of the question smh. I will keep being a tourist for now lol 😆
Bee Feces?
How about BS!✌️
We want to know which pools are taco fests! 😁
The Casino that Cousin Eddie took Clark to was the Klondike. (Though the games were entirely fictional.) The Klondike was across the street from the Mandalay Bay and was known for low minimums, cheap drinks, and a bit of a rougher crowd.
Dumping Russian vodka is kinda silly. The Russian manufacturer has already been paid for that bottle. They don't care what you do with it. The Ukrainian vodka shot for donations is cool though.
Sad to see that mall in Primm going down like that. When I lived in Vegas in the 00's, I'd go there on weekends and score some pretty good deals.
Mark, cmon man, rock the Michigan St hat .. next week! For rep March Madness & green for St Patty’s …☘️🍻👍🏽.. Great episode!
Mirage pool is open and heated. Was there last weekend
Housing bubble,housing crisis,low paying jobs,exploding gas prices…….
Big trouble ahead
Fun Fact: The pool at Bally's is the deepest on the strip, 13 feet. Fun Fact 2: 1992's "Honeymoon in Vegas" was filmed by the pool, and 30 years later it's largely unchanged.
Two reasons that casinos like Casino War:
1. Quick pace
2. Low dealer skill level
You guys remind me why I don't like public swimming pools.
Great info on Primm. I miss going out there for a little Vegas side trip. Sad about the Palms delay. Love the Vodka info. Good for evil pie.
Casino War , Rock/Paper/Scissors, Guess a number between 1 and 10.
Love your videos. Enjoy the updates. Stay safe. Karen
My favorite pool on the Las Vegas Strip is a toss-up between the Encore "European-style" pool, and the MGM Grand pool. I think I'd be inclined to favor the Encore one on days where I primarily just want to relax in tranquility and soak up the sun all day without interruption, while I'd favor the latter whenever I want an all-out party lifestyle experience since they anchor Wet Republic after all. =)
I still need to check out Sahara's newly-modernized AZILO Ultra pool, and I won't be the least bit surprised if it winds up in my top tier from all I've read and heard about it. The Vdara, Wynn and Mandalay Bay pools are also in my top-tier. =D
As for the dead mall in Primm: I just feel its location has finally caught up to it, unfortunately. I get the cult appeal of being a Californian wanting to have a weekend retreat to Vegas and Primm serving as something of a taste-teaser………………….but outside of that they just constructed too much pretty much right in the middle of nowhere some 40 miles from Vegas, and you simply need to have a self-sustaining secondary economy in order to maintain such investments like these. But with a local population of less than a thousand less time I checked, it's just not feasible. So I'm not the least bit surprised this will be biting the dust all but certainly, but it's still sad to see because it does have a lot of personality and identity. =(
"Right this way Mr. Papageorgio" 🤣
Great podcast and thanks for mentioning my Tweet! Some other malls that might be interesting to check out are the Meadows Mall and the Boulevard Mall. There is also now a call center as one of the anchor tenants, and last I heard there are no national anchor chains left at the Boulevard.
What’s weird, at the primm mall, way in the back parking lot in between the food court and the lotto store, they are putting in electric vehicle charging stations….weird place to put them… I was there is few weeks ago
You should do a convo about vdara's new studio two queen room.
Bee Poop?????? I thought they were yellow, not brown.
I love your Vegas updates. I watch channel 8&13 then I get ready for work with y’all. 🙂 keep it up.
I think that Primm mall would make a great indoor grow operation and put people back to work win / win
Paper rock scissors was another game in Vegas vacation.
STAY OUT CALIF'ERS !!!!!! HA !!! no problem, been going to vegas since the 70's, Old Vegas !! LOVED IT, Vegas Now ??????? NO FUCKING WAY !!!!!! TOO FUCKING HOT 6 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR !! room's, food, table rates, stupid crazy, the ONLY good thing happening in vegas is once a yr the SEMA show !!
I remember when the Primm family owned the casinos in what was then State Line, and they built apartments that were free to their employees, especially since nothing else was out there. It's sad those properties went downhill since the family sold it.
Cosmopolitan pool is open.
If buffalo bills opened from 6am- midnite 5 days/ week, with the coaster and tram reopened, i would rather go there than virgin, which i still have not been to. Too many hard rock memories. And stateline will just get worse if some railroad ever gets popular and flies by all of it. That outlet mall needs to alien jerky or area 15 the hell out of it and that would bring locals out
This posted just before the news of the units offered @ bonnie springs for 5 mil/ each. Looking forward to frying some eggs on the cars of people who move there. Or, start bee farms around it could be good, let the bees poop
Guess which hand was one of the games from the movie
'South Park on LSD"….that's hilarious! Haven't seen the show but that's how I would describe it. Love your channel guys, very informative. 👍👍
