Stay away from debts and max out your 401k/IRA in your 20’s should give yourself a great headstart in life. I had to work two jobs in my 20’s to accomplish the two above items.

Given this video. I get the strong feeling you are for Joe Biden’s agenda of eliminating all student loan debt, more stimulus checks, more unemployment, and more government giveaways. Who needs personal responsibility when you have the Feds!

That part about a side hustle is so true. I am pursuing one right now to pay off student loans quicker and it definitely has it's good/bad days. But it is getting me closer to FI!

If you snowball you stand a good chance of refinancing at better rates and saving money that way but most people will need to be under 50% utilization on each individual line. Anything over 90% is maxed out so start with those then work each line down to under 50% and at that point work your way to AZEO. You'll be getting 0% offers and SUBz galore. The credit limits might not be there at first but it will get better.

Great video with a great message! Been on the #FIRE train for several years and only have 1-2 years left in the rat race. Living below your means now is well worth being free later. Forget the Jones's!

I paid off my $27k student loan last month in March since starting last Oct! Now I’m dumping all that money towards saving for a huge house down payment ASAP! I’m 28 & the general goal is to have a paid off house before 45 too!
