Citi is by far one of the most underrated set ups out there.
one of my hacks is that citi is one of the only card issuers that allows you to pay through their phone system by debit card!

I tried to product change from double cash to custom cash they did not allow it and i had card for a couple years
Hey Ben, I just gotta correct you on the product change info. I Actually had the American airline advantage cc and was going to product change it to double cash but I was told I can’t. Was told I would lose my mile points if I changed it. I ended changing to the no annual fee American airline cc.

However, I was successful in switching my Simplicity to the Double Cash and my thank you Prefered to the Custom Cash!

These are some awesome tips to keep in mind. I think personally, those virtual card numbers are going to be the most practical for me. This was one thing I really liked about the X1 card for free trials and such (although I don’t have the X1 yet), so this is cool to know I can do that with my custom cash. Thanks for the video!

I like my citi credit cards 💳 I had the double cash back card. I had 6,200 for so long and they gave me an increase of 14,200. I had to call them I did not believe it. But it was true.
Can you product change a co-branded card?
On transferring points is the 100k limit per calendar year, rolling year, or anniversary year?
In my case they give me 5 citi cards in the same month, best buy, shell, home depot, custom cash, costco
My first CC was a Citi secured card and I was able to product change to Citi Custom Cash which was nice.
Good video. One additional tidbit about the Citi AAdvantage Executive Elite card (that gets you AAdmiral's club access) is that you can add up to 8 AU for free and each of them get their own AADmiral's club membership access. Each cardholder can also bring 2 guests in for free. So you could theoretically get 27 people into an AAdmiral's club with just the one credit card account.
Citi may be loose with the reconsideration but I was told by them if you are rejected due to inquiries they are not able to override the decision.
