I got a quick question. I passed all the Chase rules. However, when I downgraded my sapphire to a freedom, It seems I can’t reapply Sapphire just yet because it is still showing up on my account. I really want the bonus, but I am not sure how long do I have to wait to apply again.
Great video! I personally am looking to add the amex gold to my wallet here in the near future, but I am worried I will lose out on these high bonuses if I wait a couple more months. I was targeted twice for the 90K AMEX Gold. I gave it a pass as I do not intend to add any new card for the duration of this year.

I've been getting offered/pre-approved notices when I log into my Amex account for the last few months for 90k Amex gold and 150k Amex plat. Not quite sure the credits are enough to make it worth it for me though.
Max rewards can take my freedom flex so it’s frustrating!

I called Chase about upgrade my preferred to reserve but they told I had to have my preferred card @ 10k limit which I only have at 5k. Is there something wrong or are they tripping?

I have the Wyndham earner business and I think it's a really good card for budget travelers, especially for domestic travel and road trips. Using the points at Wyndham family hotels in more rural or smaller towns I only get about 0.5 cpp. But when I use my points in larger cities (for example LA) I've gotten over 2 cpp.
Just a heads up, I was offered a 100k point bonus for CSP in my pre-approved section on the chase app 👀
I signed up a couple weeks ago and got the 90000pts bonus for the Amex Gold, but not the 20% on restaurants!
