MSG Sphere Las Vegas – Despite the recent sale of the Venetian, this 17,000+ seat state of the art theater is moving forward with construction. Right now they are raising the roof pieces into place which is quite amazing to see.
Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall & Vegas Loop – This massive expansion adds over 600K square feet of new exhibit space along with the first stations of the new Tesla Vegas Loop. In this Vegas Loop tour we’ll check out two of the new system’s first stations.
The Pass Casino – Downtown Henderson’s historic Eldorado Casino is being re-imagined into The Pass. Recently sold by Boyd gaming this old casino is getting ready to open once again with a completely new name and look.
Henderson Events Center – Home to the Henderson Silver Knights beginning in 2022, this 6,000 seat arena replace the Henderson Pavilion amphitheater which sat on the same spot.

I like Elon Musk and Tesla and Space X and all that, but this "Loop" stuff is just stupid. It is just a less effective, less convenient, more complicated version of a boring old subway, like they exist all around the world for over a hundred years now and everyone acts as if this were some revolutionary new thing.
As I said, I like Elon and what he does in general, but in this case I really have to say: "The emperor has no clothes on!"
I found this video to be depressing, given I lived there for 22 years. This city needs to diversify, and I was looking forward to the construction of some high tech office buildings, more condo towers downtown, photo's of some of the new companies moving to Sinless City!
What about the abandoned Skyvue ferris wheel site? I heard that it was recently sold.
Would have been nice if you had shown satellite views or maps, so that we could place the location of these new construction sites.

This isn’t Las Vegas anymore This progression is more resembling an amusement park look . Oh yeah it’s high tech and the look is nice. But Its heart and soul died along with the Rat pack and Seigfried and Roy . That was Vegas.

they need to add a Monorail station right at the sphere
the loop system should be extended to the Outletmall which is located on the strip south of Vegas because sometime this year or next, there going to break ground on the train station for the high speed rail next to the outlet mall.
Sahara hotel, they used to have a Roller coaster that runs on the Awnings but they took it down. I wish it was left there.

In 2017 when I returned to the states after living in Ireland I lived in LV. I almost rented an apartment in the sky tower just across the street from the Fontainebleau, my balcony overlooked the pool of the Hilton. But last minute I felt like the landlord was kind of sketchy. Went out to Summerlin. It is interesting to see these projects finally getting near completion. I do hope the Drew one day opens, that has been the biggest boondoggle in US skyscraper history I think. By the way, why did you skip the new hotel across the street from the Plaza? Where the old California Club used to be.
More and more casinos like if there weren't enough , what about building something for families and locals who dont want to gamble?

Of all the years I've been going to Vegas, I can't remember a time when they haven't been working on the Vegas strip. If not the strip then some hotel on the strip undergoing reno.

Thanks for this update and tour. Very exciting to see Las Vegas is plunging head first right into PROGRESS despite the, well, you know what. I also see a lot of progress in Palm Springs as well. The nonstops planned between Palm Springs and Las Vegas on Southwest (June 2021) will be a lucrative market. Anyway I am looking forward to the next trip to one of my favorite vacation spots on the planet, Las Vegas.
