That Arcade at Bally’s/Horseshoe sounds like that space arcade space that MGM Grand unsuccessfully put in the old Rainforest Cafe. That was on the casino floor, and it still failed?

Another good show guys. I have to agree with Mark about people and their kids in Vegas. Annoying! Remember Bob Stubeck? He always made it known that kids have no Bussiness on the strip. I look forward to the next show.

I got my Caesar's Diamond card by status-match with Stations President (not too bad to earn), then took the Caesar's card to MGM and got a Gold card status-match. No more parking fees on the Strip. Obviously, there should be no parking fees in the first place.

Agree that the Las Vegas Sports' Market is getting saturated. The advantage for locals with the teams at the Dollar Loan Center is that the ticket prices are much cheaper than for the NFL and NHL. Also have heard that the WNBA Aces may be moving to the Dollar Loan Center as a more-crowd-size appropriate arena. Sad to see MGM jacking up their parking prices as sure to make their customers coming over from California happy that after paying record gas prices, MGM is putting the cherry on top of all this with record parking prices. Yes, with record-high inflation and a looming recession, let's jack up the price of everything.

"You can't buy me!"
B**ch! You were the one that put your a$$ up for sale the first time, with Caesars. Now she's trying to sound like she's above it all. Get outta here. She'll be back over 200 pounds faster than you can say 'chocolate eclairs in her purse'.

We used to love Freemont Street but in the last few years it has become less appealing, mainly at night. We still go down there in the daytime but are back to our resort on the strip before dinner.

Dude on the right….

"Fremont Street used to be cool but not so much now…"
Yeah. You say that every video. We get it. But since I don't have a time machine, not an option. Dig the news but the old man hipster whining about how something used to be cool has got to go.

How about a $18 hot dog in Bellagio, I haven"t been to Vegas since 1999.Comps were available any time, U could ask the pit boss hey I"m hungry, He would give U comp for any restaurant the only question he would ask how much would I would want it for.

Based on our visit a couple of weeks ago, in addition to Fremont Street, any plans to address the homeless/mentally ill situation in the strip?

I screwed up and assumed Cesars display was going to be good, it was awful. I have seen better displays at high school foot ball games… Plaza was where it was at. Oh well, next year.
Virgin screwed themselves by their awful marketing when they opened, they tried to play the "inclusion and diversity" card and it just was off-putting…People called them out day one on social media about their poor marketing. Their failure is not because because of the location, Hard Rock had no issues there.

Good news about the plane viewing area! My grandfather got me into plane spotting at our local airport when I was a kid. It's also a good excuse to hit up Egg Works for brunch!

I have to correct myself from a previous comment. Caesar's only gives free parking to hotel guests that are above first tier on their player's card. This had me cancel my stay at the Paris of 5 nights next month (as I am only 1st tier). Using my comped nights at the Rio (the only Caesar's property not charging for parking) instead. $18 a day parking fee as a paying hotel guest was greedy enough to keep me off the strip next trip. The parking fee of $90 will cover my gas costs to Vegas and back to SoCal. Nice work fellas!!

Once the recession is officially announce,d, my guess is right after the elections in november. Vegas gonna drop off a cliff. People should hold off on going to Vegas and wait just a bit longer the deals will be amazing and the crowds a lot lighter.

Mark wants positive stories? Shawn was positive a guy got shot in the butt on Fremont Street. 😅😂🤣 I gave up visiting Fremont Street years ago, I only venture down there once every trip before noon to buy snacks from the Beef Jerky store I can’t get at home. Why are local government officials and the police surprised at the increased crime and fights when almost every casino on Fremont Street has added outside bars and the state legalized pot?

It’s getting to the point of, why vacation on the Strip or Downtown when you can book a relaxing stay at Red Rock Station or Green Valley Ranch instead?

Does that 18 dollars to park come with roving security to keep and your car safe if not, should picket the crap out of the places.

Virgin needs to start with clubs better venues get a resident and keep the drinks reasonable.. for now
Rooms ehh. Cater to the younger crowds not to pricey not to fancy
Restaurants, keep em reasonable but still have a high end get some 2nd tier food network celebrity.
Also have a trendy but unique restaurant do a knock off nacho daddy keep customers there with a good time for a good price.. that's not a strip property don't charge strip prices that place was bought on a budget and definitely built on a budget.

Times have changed for the worst-July 4 was a fail in the US. There were too many shootings in too many areas of the Country; one person getting shot, killed, murdered, slaughtered is one too many! America is a piece of work in the making. Vegas should absolutely buck up & put security everywhere. For the safety of vacationers who spend their hard earned money to go on a holiday, they shouldn't have to feel unsafe or worry about getting shot. Fremont should be inundated with Security. Metal detectors, random checking, every entrance should have Security. In the scheme of things, I think that's pretty minor considering Vegas = big $$$. Everything is getting so pathetic down there. And who the hell would spend $25 on a bottle of Fiji water? That should be against the law!

I had a real bad experience parking at MGM last January. Stayed there for 3 nights and used the MGM app bar code to enter the manless entry/exit gates for paid parking. Also used the app to check out from my room and left. Walked out to my car (takes 20 minutes) got in and drove to the exit gate. Brought up the app on phone to exit. Was not allowed to open the gate the App barcode was disabled I guess do to checking out. Was stuck and not about to walk 20 minutes to lobby. Has this happened to anybody else? MGM how about leaving people access to app barcode scanner for a few hours (ya a-holes after paying for 3 days parking). I got out by backing up and jumping a side curb. Now there charging $18…what a 🐊

Sorry, zero care for Adele now or ever. Lost me as a fan for good and there are some magnificent undiscovered voices out there just as good or better. Fame doesn't guarantee a long ride. A woman on Twitter is still waiting on a $2000 refund and there are tons of stories like hers there. That's just cost for venue tickets because she won't cancel or reschedule. Diva. She can keep her show. What a way to screw your fans.
You are NOT all negative.
What you are is honest and not sugar coating. There's lots of creators pushing the town for monetary gain. We're not fooled and I sure appreciate a realistic relay of experience.

Unfortunately, at night the "experience" of Fremont Street consists of being jostled by trashy drunk people and being deafened by loud rock music or hip-hop. You know you're in bizarro-world when you're relieved to get back to the relative calmness and class of the El Cortez.

I got back from Vegas yesterday. I stayed on the strip, but went to Fremont to try Pizza Rock based off of your recommendations. We had the Detroit style and it was AMAZING! Walking there was scary though. We walked through the construction of the Fremont hotel and it was sketchy. I loved the pizza, but won’t go back. I hope they open a location on the strip.

As far as I know Julius Caesars was the ONLY fireworks on the whole fucking strip , and they did it at 8:30 so the locals would be happy . Well F*CK Lost Vegas . Let the locals pay the bills from now on !!!! If you have never been to Lost Vegas , don't go, it is nothing but overpriced bullshit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
