It sure would be nice to see people actually dress up when going into a more luxurious place.

I used the AMEX on the Conrad at Vegas. I can’t wait to do it again next year. My credit was $250. 😁

Will Hilton/Marriott/IHG honor ALL your status when booked via the AMEX FHR?

It seems in this trip you did but is it common for everyone?

How much was the room rate? Was FHR room rate same as booking on Hilton website?

Did you enter your Hilton loyalty number when booking on FHR? I’ve been told you can get $25/person for that hotel even through FHR.

Ahh, you were in my neck of the woods. Nice stay. I’m trying to find out how many nights people normally stay during your trips using rewards and points

I stayed in the sakura lounge for new years eve and got $200 off for FH&R. It was definitely worth it. The free food you get and the restaurant on the 10th (only for sakura suite holders) is beautiful and the food is great. The estuary restaurant is also great. Couldnt wake up early enough for the blue willow breakfast but maybe next time. Now i wanna go back😩

Nice… finally a real life case study !! … more more .. pleased more .. I never used the $200 credit because as of now I never found any room rates under $500 on the FH&R side except for ATL for $350 but then again there are plenty nice Hotels for the $150 differance in ATL and of cause Vegas may make sense to actually use this credit. Who much was the room you booked through FH&R?

How does it work with the Amex credit? You just charge things at the hotel with your American Express platinum card?

Do kids also get free breakfast ? Or do you have to pay $50 per kid ?

In my experience, on FHR bookings the hotels still do honor your status and give you points. Anything you got from your Diamond status on that booking?

Could you describe the process of your mom getting upgraded using your status?

I’m wondering if your name needs to be on the hotel reservation for it to work

Awesome video. It was posted at the perfect timing. Will be going to DC this September with my wife and after seeing this video. I decided to book it through Amex travel with the Platinum card. Can't wait to experience the free food and restaurant

Ben, To get the miles on my card but avoid paying interest, is the correct way: the statement close then pay balance within 21 days?

My wife and I stayed there for an anniversary trip earlier this year. Amazing experience!! Hotel concierge was next level. They were able to get us tickets to a museum that was sold out. Customer service was awesome as well. Very much recommend this hotel, the staff is great, the rooms are nice, good location as well. Nice video ! 🤌🏽
