Episode Description
Things are moving along in Las #Vegas as the #MSG Sphere is showing off some of its bright LED panels ahead of an install. While the structure is largely finished on the outside, a lot of work still needs to be done in time for the concert hall’s opening in late 2023. Speaking of 2023, F1 has finally announced the date of the race coming to Las Vegas. The Sphere will be a big part of it too!
In other #news Station Casinos is getting approval for yet another local megaresort. This new one will replace two demolished resorts in North Las Vegas and will sit just down the street from their previous Aliante property. We also learned of a casino rebranding to cater to Latino audiences, $27 cocktails at the new Caesars Palace bar, tier matching at Sahara, Strat becomes “Elite”, the secret airport tunnel not many know about and which band is coming to Park MGM for a residency.

$27.00 dollars for a drink if the machines don’t have you running to the atm the drinks will.
I can't wait to see a concert in the Sphere. But I have a feeling that ticket prices for this will be INSANE. Ticket prices for concerts are already crazy in Vegas, and if U2 ends up playing there as rumoured then I can see tickets costing up to $1000 a seat.
The sphere will have the same affect on neighbors like the Kenny rogers roasters moving in next to kramers apartment on Seinfeld.
It still blows my mind whenever I’m sitting at one of the lobby bars getting comped drinks while I’m playing video poker and see someone come up and buy a couple of $15 drinks that I’m getting for free
I walked through the Strat last November and I was surprised at how nice it is. Is it up there with the Wynn or Bellagio? No. But I'd put it on par with Paris or TI… It's just that the location sucks.
No more Vegas vacation buffet. I will take the yellow.
That 🌊 🏈 game was a religious experience
surf lake? las vegas body surfing!
7:16 just another story of Stations screwing their poorer workers and community. There I fixed it for you.
16:30 I used to work at Stratosphere and that is a odd move for that property in my opinion. It was great place to work at the time but now it sucks there I’ve heard.
Can’t wait to sit I’m my living room and watch the amazing presentations on the sphere.
23:40 I was fortunate to eat at the buffet twice in my life there and the SLS buffet, which lasted only 3 weeks after they opened back in the day.
Brief trip report: Seven Magic Mountains (those stacked rocks off the 15) seems to attract a lot of Instagram influencer types. The Lock speakeasy at Bally's had good drinks, but bland atmosphere. The Neon Boneyard tour is fun, but not nearly as big as I thought it would be. And, finally, the Nevada Test Site tour is one of the strangest things I've ever experienced. It's a long day, but how often do you get to go to the bottom of crater created by a nuclear bomb?
The F1 race is going to be a spectacle, it's proven to be a success in Texas and Miami recently, and odds are Vegas' turnout will be much higher, it could well be the most jam-packed race on the calendar, even more so than the race in Silverstone, UK.
Maroon 5 an exciting should never be used in the same sentence
I'm looking forward to that new food hall at The Aria. I love staying at that property but I don't typically like some of their restaurants, so I just walk over to The Cosmo because they have much better restaurants there.
👍 greetings from Orlando, I’m still alive!
Most of the F1 Fans are on European time zone (8-10 hours ahead of Vegas)
I like the Sahara and hope it gets more foot traffic once the fountain blue opens next year.
Please for the love of god, stop buying over priced drinks. Prices will eventually go down. Who buys drinks at a casino anyway? Insane. P.S I miss the Diamond/Laurel Lounges so much.
world hotels I think is a timeshare deal I think
Hey guys love your videos look forward to them. You really give the best updates for Vegas.
Sausage Fest 2022. 😂
For 2022 F1 season they have 4 night races. They are in Bahrain, Jeddah, Singapore and Abu Dhabi. Very exciting to see. The Miami F1 pre-sale tickets sold out in 40 minutes. Good luck getting one of the 2023 Las Vegas F1 ticket.
Hey Mark, did you see that?
ty for all this onfo love yu guys
The night race suits other time zones and highlights the race venue. Singapore is another F1 night race.
good lord $27 for a cocktail !!!
I just bought a 1.75L bottle of Ruskova Vodka for $12. Comes to 33 cents a standard drink. I make 6 and put them in insulated thermal bottle and carry with me. 6 drinks for $1.90. that's right, I have no class.
The Detroit tunnel is way cooler.
Great Chris Angel reference.
The theming of hotels has given way to foodies. It’s easier to change out a restaurant rather than the whole facade of a casino.
Hi Shawn and Mark! Great updates as always. The only thing I can think of is that Park MGM Theater I believe has Usher doing his residency there. Also, I was just in Vegas this time last week, and the Vdara had the Vegas Magazine on my coffee table and the cover was Bruno Mars and his Group Silk Sonic returning from their previous residency for this upcoming New Years Eve; December 30 and 31. That is going to be Big for the Park MGM Theater! Have an awesome weekend you two! CAB😊
I just want to say you two did an amazing job with this video!! Have an excellent weekend 😀
