🐄🐄🐄 Sebby anyway you could try to do a niche video for airline employees that compares the amex plat to the csr and as well as the best hotel cards that could correlate for us? It would be awesome but maybe not be as enticing for your entire audience. Just trying to think on how to help diversify your channel more. Since we practically pay nothing for flights our bigger focuses are hotels, resorts, car rentals. We also do a bunch of layovers so lounges can be very useful if we can even get in them! It would be cool to develop the perfect trifecta for airline employee families! Keep up the great work my guy!

🐄 I think people don’t sign up for TSA Precheck or Clear for a couple reasons. A lot of ppl only travel once or twice a year, so they don’t think it’s worth it. If you get the Amex Platinum card, you still need to take steps to sign up for Clear and Precheck. I think the combination of people not traveling all that often, not having a high income and the hurdles you have to get over to sign up for the programs all limit how many ppl get both. I personally LOVE both. I fly through security in under 10 minutes out of SeaTac then proceed to a lounge. It’s really made flying luxurious again, when I’m not on the actual plane, at least.
I have both CLEAR, and TSA pre-check, and global entry. I will get to test both in December. Headed to Thailand.

🐄Sebby, the Charles Schwab Investor card has had the $200 bonus for a long time – I picked it up last December with the same terms. I thought the card was great at first, but now it's irrelevant since Synchrony product changed me to the Premier Mastercard from the Rakuten Visa [RIP], and I got a $100 bonus with that 2% cashback card without any changes to my credit report. It's just a placeholder for when I want to get the Hilton Aspire. As another datapoint, I confirmed that the 5-credit card rule is still in effect, as I had to cancel my Hilton Honors card in order to get approved for the Amex EveryDay Preferred in August, and I also currently have the Amex Platinum, Gold, and Green, for a total of 8 active cards, and the Amex rep did not have any issues with that. I too hope that they haven't lowered the bar to 5 total, as that is exactly the number of must-have cards I would never cancel.
First Amex/ Platinum recently approved with a 696 score. Caught the 125k bonus. Utilization is high because I paid for school out of pocket and used balance transfers on credit cards at 0% APR. Still surprised I got this.
