Virgin tried the "New Coke" business method and failed. If something works don't fix it. Hard Rock went downhill the day Morton sold it to Morgan. All the things customers loved were either eliminated, changed, diluted, or made unaffordable. Virgin doubled down on those bad moves and this is what they get. It's hit Hard Bottom.
Vegas has twenty years of water even if Lake Meade goes down. Vegas uses less water than twenty years ago & has doubled pop. Vegas returns a large portion of the water to Lake Meade. Cali & AZ give bk zero 🙁

In all seriousness… The issue with people crashing with "self-driving cars" is due almost entirely on people expecting their first and second gen Teslas to do more than they are designed to do. The cutting edge is a LOT more accurate.
Vegas is the perfect place for a Giant Guitar shaped building.
Virgin could bring in Chris Angel for the fun factor.
