Love the show as ever guys. The Las Vegas Loop is such a missed opportunity. LV is an amazing place and has so much more to it than just the Strip. We visit for 10-14 days twice a year from the UK. But the public transport is terrible. If you have disabilities, elderly or unable to drive for some other reason it is so hard to get around. The LV Loop will not have the caring capacity and the vehicles do not appear to be modified for disabled people. Creating a real subway system or expanding the Monorail would be ideal. The expansion of LV over the 15 years we have been visiting is a testament to that. How can the LV Loop reduce congestion with so many new people moving there as well as so many visitors?
I assume part of the reasoning for a south hub is for using the UNLV lot for event parking and then allowing those individuals to quickly use the tunnel to get to football and hockey games?
1:55 Why do you Americans hate subways and real mass transit so much? A single lane road underground isn't a solution to traffic.
Can you do a video of the Amex Lounge at the Convention center? I haven't seen much footage of that.
4:00 they said the same thing with freeways.
Nice
You guys do a great job …thank you both!
The shooter at Cosmo was a convicted fellon. Strip is a bit more dangerous in some respects. Definitely more so thsn when i opened the Bellagio back in the day. That was the Golden Years of the strip and the Wynn opening. I loved that time in vegas. It was fantastic
As long as their not running to and from criminal activities like they do in California.
Good video as always. The beer “deal” story. Sounds like a bad joke.
Vegas Loop is a joke…
"Deal alert" 🤣
What happens when a car breaks down in the one way only wormhole aka the Loop? Does everyone back up? Do you get out and walk to your stop?
EBITDA according to Charlie Munger and Warren Buffet is a lot of smoking mirrors and Forbes calls it BS.
$1500 – Not even if the beer came with a blow job or 6 .
Beer drinkers are cheap, we all know it. 🍺
Finally went to Resorts World and liked it. Liked the shiny new slot machines and the parking was very easy.
I was at Harrah's Sunday night and booked a show at the Rio. That marathon screwed up traffic royally. We were half an hour late for the show.
Some UNLV students probably work part time on the strip! !
I was a smoker for 25 years I can't stand to be around it now. That's my biggest gripe about resorts world everybody in there is smoking
Resorts World is very aggressive with their e mail efforts. Only Circa sends out as many e-mails than they do. And they offer deals. Their largest problem is their location. a beer costing 250 needs to come with a suit
I have used the monorail & various trams when in Vegas . I think visitors just don’t know enough about them. Casinos don’t encourage visitors to use them probably because casinos want to keep a captive visitor in their casino! Also the monorail is in back of casinos, sort of out of sight visitors maybe reluctant to use it. I have always found monorail to be clean & efficient. Would recommend checking it out & would like to see it expanded ie: like to the airport! It’s much better than the bus or taxis!
I noticed that the brewdog on the strip had a pretty heavy student presence last weekend, it was a good younger crowd
DDIs are awesome! We have several up here in Utah. At first it was weird but now it's no big deal. Saves a ton of time!!!!!
Mark Vegas has been depending on Vegas virgins for years. The young kids that are stupid enough to pay $800.00 for a $30.00 bottle of vodka at a club.
I was there on Sunday and all the traffic was diverted to Koval Lane right outside the hotel where I was staying. It was fun only for the marathon runners, but not for cars. I ran two Rock 'n' Roll marathons before in San Francisco and San Jose, CA. I felt sorry for cars and drivers who stopped to wait for me to walk/jog/crawl as fast as I could across the streets. Maybe I will sign up for the Vegas one in the future!
it would be great if there was a train or trolley system or something better than either the bus system or that ridiculous loop
the monorail needs to be completed and go to airport, if they want to tunnel, tunnel to airport with monorail, public transportation already depends on to many cars in vegas,
Conventions are horrible for the strip and for businesses that are on the strip. Other then room occupancy 99% of convention goers do not frequent any restaurants or attractions at all during the day and most of the evening. Once the convention is done they go home and barely do any business on the strip unless they grabbing a quick bite before and after their business
3 weeks ago 4:30A.M. I was on Tropicana at the Div diamond, some guy in a Honda was going the wrong way, front end smashed in, drivers side wheel and tire hanging off where he hit someone head on. It's awful and it confusing. Glad they are fixing it!
Fun fact – not all handguns have safeties! You never know when you might have to perform your Wyatt Earp quick-draw on a bad guy, and you wouldn't want that pesky safety slowing you down. Supposedly, modern handguns have "internal safety" features, but this of course assumes a "responsible" owner, who is carrying in an appropriate holster, and not just sticking the gun in the waistband of their sweatpants, waiting for the trigger to get snagged on something. Thankfully no bystanders were shot (this time).
Informational videos, always do tricked. Thanks again Mark & Shawn
College kids work at the casinos. Of course they will use the system.
Vegas loop is a joke! Don’t bother because it’s senseless slow and utterly foolish. I can’t believe how dumb politicians are to help pay for that waste of money.
Love the channel
I think the Loop is a great idea especially if it goes to the airport. Surprised no driverless cars being used in it though. Do you tip driver?
Wait wait wait…Shawn do you have a Blood Guy? How do you know how much a gallon of human blood costs…
With sports venues , concerts and shows I do not see the loop helping it will be like Disney just another line parking garage , Uber , 🚖 , at the park by it self after a show see how the line goes thru. The casino now get a couple.venues close together foot ball and a couple shows you will have to stay at a hotel cause there will be lines everywhere that runforever
Your videos are so great! My favorite and I follow a lot of people.
$250 for a beer? Outrageous! Not so fast boys, I heard that one bottle out of every five hundred has a two carat flawless diamond sealed in a special bottle cap. I think it was the brewery owner who leaked that secret or it could have been the distributor or the bartender. I forget, I can't recall, I don't remember much more but I heard it somewhere. Maybe on this show?
