Unpopular opinion, the CSP is the most overrated credit card on the market after the freedom/freedom flex and freedom unlimited refreshes. Then could get CSR after and potentially get greater value with extra perks + same perks that the CSP and transfer UR points from freedom flex or freedom unlimited πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

We’ll look at this card when we start traveling again. Maui would be the island because that’s where my dad is from. Then Oahu next because that’s where my mom is from! πŸ€™πŸΌ Thanks for the tips!

Excited to watch your content… new sub here, sent over by Kelly at Maysam Adventures!
I've never used Chase rewards for travel. Interesting…
We are similar to you… we've flown to the UK for free using miles… about 20 times! I've been using miles to travel since 1992 (even longer than you… yes I am THAT old!!! LOL).
Because we live in Dallas, we can fly ANYWHERE on American Airlines, so we have always used Citibank AAdvantage cards. And for hotels, Chase Marriott Rewards. I'm pretty brand loyal to American and Marriott.
As for Hawaii, I would go to Maui… because my best friend from high school lives there and I can stay for free. Haha, even better than Marriott points πŸ˜‰

Omg I never thought about the chase sapphire preferred card being a great beginner card. But it is! I used to have it (not any more) and it was great! This was a great video. And that’s a great point to make sure you check the airline before transferring points because you can’t transfer them back!
