Things are a bit different now in Las #Vegas, however that doesn’t mean that there isn’t anything new coming. In fact there are several large scale #construction projects right now and they are quite fascinating. Every month we update the latest construction going on in Vegas (on the Strip and off) and this is our latest update.
In this Vegas construction #tour we’ll hop all around the Las Vegas Valley to see the brand new hotels, casinos, entertainment venues and other special venues being built in Vegas right now. Despite some slow downs for COVID, things seem to be full steam ahead with most/all of these projects!
ICYMI Last month’s Vegas construction update:
Which construction project is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
What’s in this video?
#MSG #Sphere – This $1.6 billion theater/arena will be a state of the art place to experience a show. Made mostly for concerts, this venue will hold 17,500 people and will features immersive screens on the inside and outside! Since our last construction update they have started to add a steel exoskeleton!
Las Vegas Convention Center Expansion (#LVCC) – This massive project is nearing completion with a finish date of December, 2020. This will feature #Boring company’s technology and modified #Tesla vehicles. Many of the walls are now down as this massive structure reaches 93% completion.
#ResortsWorld Las Vegas – The most expensive resort ever built in Las Vegas marches towards it opening date in about a year. Signs have been installed on the building and construction is going ahead full steam.
Las Vegas #GatewayArch – This new $6.5 million gateway to Las Vegas will be an incredible landmark for generations to come. Since our last video the arches have been completed and the sign is now up for all to see. So beautiful!
#Virgin Hotels Las Vegas – Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is being built in the former site of the Hard Rock Hotel. We finally got a look at the new front entrance as this project marches towards its January opening.
#Henderson Events Center – Did you know the Vegas area is getting another pro hockey team and arena? Construction has already begun on this 6,000+ seat arena for the Henderson Silver Knights. It looks awesome!
#Caesars Forum – This brand new $300+ million convention center built by Caesars sits next to Linq and is waiting to be used, but for now it sits pretty empty with tons of potential but no conventions.
We also feature an update on the signage work at Palazzo and construction on Circa and more!

Are any open casinos allowing smoking I know I know the big complaint is how smoky it is in casinos but when I play slots I like to smoke a bit
Henderson’s gain was San Antonio’s loss: The Silver Knights were formerly known as the San Antonio Rampage.
Loving your videos man! Keep up the great work 🙂 I'm so impatient for the Drew getting going and opening – I loved the Fontainebleau plans and the building itself, it's so annoying to see the shell still unused after all these years.
In the project renderings no one is fat. Maybe the artist never been to LV
When are they going to rebuild/tear down Circus Circus? That thing is as old as I am….old.
🤗 I'm coming in October. Hubby and I need fun time together. It's been a rough year😟
40000 workers in the airline industry are facing layoff tomorrow. I live in Vegas. Turn us over….we're cooked
Hope las vegas brings more something then casino and convention. At least we have like a big globe stuff. We should have like big attractions that brings more people. All they are doing is cutting the pies is more small pieces cuz all they offer is same stuff, Casino and hotel. Should build like big bonatic garden or eco friendly building like Singapore do. Building more concrete it just making the city hotter and hotter. We need more green here
Nice
I'm actually very much looking forward to a lot of these
Awesome vid man. Do you know anything about BleuTech Park? Is it a reality or what
This looks exciting but is there a reason you didn't cover the construction on The Drew Las Vegas as well?
You are a brave man walking around the Hard Rock. With Harbor Island next door. Don't go there at night
Why doesn't Vegas diversify their economy, and go more to agriculture? They could use the water from Lake Mead. I don't think the entertainment industry is doing well, now.
I was just here 10/12/2020 for 3 days and Vegas strip has turned into a shithole
Can we get a airport to strip train or tunnel !?!
I moved from San Francisco to Vegas three yrs ago and love it here , except the summer heat .
As a former resident so glad to see Vegas is still going on strong for all the folks still living there..I still have friends there so this does my heart good to see that the town is making improvements😎
they should destroy naked city (behind the stratosphere). So much crime and poverty back there.
2-3 years LV should be back to normal..
MB Steak will be called One Steak House
The Sphere looks amazing. Love how Vegas is always building and evolving
