In this video we look at and unbox the BlockFi Bitcoin Rewards Visa Signature card, it is a credit card that earns bitcoin rewards instead of cash back. It is actually the world’s first bitcoin rewards credit card.

First!
Crypto rewards + metal construction = there will be signups 😁👌
In 7 days I'll be unboxing
Interesting, but I’ll wait for the Celsius credit card, as well as the Gemini credit card when thinking about crypto cards. I’ve got a very good user experience with Celsius. Alternatively, you can use a better USD cash back card and just use that to buy crypto. Yes, it involves more work though.
For residency Indonesian ? 🙈
This has to be an accounting nightmare for the company. Lol Very interesting card though!
A new wave of credits is here! Cool to see an alternative to traditional rewards points and cash back
Don’t you live in NY? Blockfi isn’t even available to New Yorkers.
Buy high cry low baby. Almost time to go all in.
Comments about the card aside "likely it'll go up in the future"… I mean no one knows!
Or…. Or your $100 reward can go down to you owning them $200! 🤷🏻♂️
orrrr just put all your credit card rewards towards crypto for a better rate
gimmick card you can even do the the PayPal 2% card and just buy crypto on PayPal beating 1.5%
only thing blockfi has going for it is automation
I am 300000 in the queue. How long will it take? I am upset I didn’t join waitlist earlier
Investing in crypto now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today.
have you considered being a model? you've got the face for it
Cryptocurrency is bad for the environment.
I'd rather just get 2% cash back and use it to buy BTC lol
I actually never got a hard pull when I accepted this credit card and I checked all of my credit reports
My cash app card has the Bitcoin logo on the front so that's a lie, and it earns Bitcoin on purchases, so 1st to do it? Another lie – Maury
Get a 2% card, and use the rewards to invest in Bitcoin if you want.
I don't get it, how is this a good card for bitcoin? why not cash out the 2% from citi, or 5% from Chase flex and buy the bitcoin yourself?
I was underwhelmed with what BlockFi offered me, given I'm above 780 FICO with a 2% util ratio. I think it was like a 6K line, with a super high interest rate. I turned it down. Thankfully, if I'm gonna burn my upcoming 5/24 slot… Gemini & Celsius look like better cards anyway.
If Gemini offers interest boosters, I may consider their card. Otherwise I prefer just investing my cash back in larger sums.
It’s a great card but I’ll rather get cash back then buy crypto or get travel points. Great video!
You need to make a video on the new M1 card! (full details aren't out yet but it's supposed to be up to 10% cash back on companies you own stock in)
This card is so not competitive. lol
Thanks for this review! I had been hesitant to jump on the cryptocurrency bandwagon, but this way I can dip in one toe at a time!
They most likely list 5000 as the cap for the intro bonus because it's 3.5% total during that period (ie. 2% bonus) instead of 1.5% base + 3.5% bonus
If your btc rewarded gains value (I dont mean interest, I mean it gains in overall value), when you use those rewards (i.e. sell or trade that btc), is that now a taxable event? It would not be worth if if you end up paying taxes on your "rewards".
First… and hopefully last 🙏
That business model doesn’t seem sustainable 1.5% then that could appreciate to X amount of actual money when you cash out
I’m about to accept the BlockFi cc offer. They just emailed me and it’s a much higher limit than I ever spend in a month. I don’t care about the interest rates because I never carry a balance.
Sooooooo… It's a no go?
Outside — Why doesn't any guy shave. I shave and trim my beard. And I can grow a beard.
Thanks for the info – Scruff.
