Sorry if this is a stupid question. You pay for two flights and then have to get reimbursed by the first airline?
Did look at it. Was pretty excited about it but not really sure I would use it. Just seems to be a several moving parts to make this happen / clean-up afterwards; ie: working with prior airline for refunds, etc. For me, I book (or try) my flights to minimize my arrival risks. For return flights, not as concerned.
