That's a good new feature if you have Amex.

Got the ink unlimited last year with the $300 bonus and was thinking of getting the cash this year but even though that bonus is attractive, but it is way too high for my normal spending

Haha had to see the MR points earning restrictions coming. I do think there's a simplicity factor here. One less app a user has to log into to manage all of this. Those bonuses are solid. I have one more 5/24 slot open and may look to add one of the Ink cards.

Slight corrections I think you may have missed:

– You DO earn MR on split purchases (rather, you keep the MR you earned, as if it was a traditional purchase). You DO NOT earn MR on sending money.
– When you request money through the split it feature, it will automatically apply the money as a statement credit to your account.

If you send money to friends & family, does that count towards the minimum spend requirements?

Does sending money through paypal/venmo still count towards a SUB?

The higher spend for the welcome bonus it’s the worst, -6.6% compared to the normal welcome bonus of $500, luckily I was approved just yesterday and got the better old offer. DO NOT APPLY for this offers yet.

Why even use the new pay pal / venmo function of you don't get points. Just venmo manually and get the points.

For anyone in the CC game, how many inquiries do most of you have? Trying to figure out how many is “too many” or if it’s normal to have more than 5-6.

I winder when this feature will come to the UK. Right now all I know is if you send money via paypal you can send it from a linked Amex card and you don't get charged any fees.

So if my new Amex card has 0% APR for 12 months, can I pay my rent payments through amex paypal and not actually pay rent for a year? xD

I am not seeing it on Google Play version as of yet. Maybe soon?

I canceled my Amex Card. Most don't take it overseas, Visa is better. The Benefits are less now. Even in the US most don't accept it.

I'm over it. Discover is still the best in the market.

I have a comment that’s totally unrelated to the video but I needed some assistance with this I have a Chase account and the Chase app it has a Chase card that’s available to me I’m off at 5:24 does that mean I can get approved?

New Ink sign up bonuses are worse than the originals. They used to be $500 for $3000 spend (16.6% ROS). That's a lot better than a 10% ROS. Combine this with the useless Peloton credit and it appears that Chase's marketing department is being run by autistic retards.

I’ve already used this twice! Great great great feature.

You don’t get points using PayPal directly anyway, so might as well use it in credit. If anything, it will show Amex you’re putting spend on it for highly chance of a retention offer.

Just a quick note: You lose the Amex purchase protection when you use PayPal. However, PayPal has it’s own buyer protection.

PayPal doesn’t even have this nice feature on there own PayPal credit cards. They charge a fee when you select a Credit card as your payment.
