Hey Ben, I appreciate the walk-through for a hotel like this, but I would rather stay at an ihg property like holiday inn or LaQuinta for 20-40k points or even better pay ~$100/night over a boutique hotel like this. I would prefer to use these points for stays overseas or places I would see ourselves vacationing to. The point valuation you received was quite good, however, but I just wanted to share my impression. Thanks for posting!
