The air filter feature at any Mgm property is an upgrade that they sell as the stay well rooms and I love Bellagio. I wish Mgm would upgrade those spa tower rooms because it’s putting a bad rep for them and I think they should spend the money to upgrade because there’s so many people who complain and it makes the whole hotel looks really bad when the new rooms are better then the standards at other 5 stars for the same caliber

I stayed at bellagio for the first time using a myVEGAS 2 night comp in October ‘21, had a room in the spa tower. Decent room overall but when I went to use the shower the handle fell off. I called for maintenance and had to wait over an hour to have someone fix it. I wouldn’t stay there again, as I consider bellagio overrated overall.
have to agree regarding logistics of hotels plus how packed they get i get offers for all mgm hotels but choose nomad parmgm mirage over bellagio or aria,park or nomad ur in and out from room in no time and even 2 min out hotel ur in greenich village in nyny i much prefer the ease getting about then the fancy hotel with long walks to rooms
im currently at the atlantis in reno.. its not to shabby..
No excuse for the horrible conditions and service, especially at those prices. I would go back and find out the name of that server. And if she were there I would go up, ask her name, say thank you, and then tell her she should be working at Ed Debevic's. My sister is coming here to Vegas next week. Fingers crossed and saying a Hail Mary. 🙏
Given all of the MGM props.we stay at, MBay and Delano is hands down the best of the lot. Back in town again this weekend!
You can see evidence of the decline of America everywhere we go, such as Vegas. Nickel and diming due to corporate greed, constant cost-cutting and decline in quality, short-term profit over long-term quality, it gets worse every day.
Generally not enjoyed our stays at Bellagio, to the point that I have given up. The first time we got a fountain view room and the fountain and the accompanying in-suite music worked, and that was a wonderful experience — although the dirty windows marred the view. But the three or four other times have been disappointments, including the fountains just not working a couple of times. The people I know who have stayed at Delano have all loved it
you mentioned tier match from hyatt to bellagio. Does that mean it's possible a casino rewards program might match to my hilton honors diamond status? I assumed casinos would only match other casinos points programs.
wow i have to admit im a little surprised this was their premier property. Im guessing because they have been giving more comps there it is being considered a second tier hotel. Lol I never got comped suites there but now i do it seems like aria is the luxury brand now. No matter what i would never put up with rude or lol quality service. Im platinum but usually look a shmoe when i vacation. I actually always get a phone call either during or after my stay to see how it went and tell it like it is..my trick is always start with the positive..so and so was so awesome at check in and no this..or i was so looking forward to this saving up blah blah blah. then tell my problem. try it Never spend good money for lousy service. Lastly mgm definitely responds to you based on how you got your status. They know if it was from play, a credit card or a tier match. and they definitely comp and offer perks accordingly…

That’s crazy I stayed at the Bellagio in August had a strip view room that the elevator right off of the conservatory and was really nice
The Spa Tower rooms at Bellagio are so disappointing. I would be so sad if I paid $500+ per night. The renovated rooms are way better. We had to switch rooms 3 times in the Spa tower in December, we literally had someone's old dried contact lens in our sheets and on the bathroom floor. Had another room with the exact same dirt in the shower Marc was talking about
Damnit! I was in the elevator with Mark that Saturday morning at the Spa tower and didn’t say hi. Wish I had. Thought it was him, but wasn’t 100% sure. Didn’t want to be a weirdo if it wasn’t him. But definitely confirms it was by what he had on doing the room video.
The plumbing gurgling is 100% real. I stayed there two months ago. Maybe that's why they got rid of the tubs 😶
Not suprised about Bellagio. But it seems service throughout the strip sucks. The whole place feels less safe, more run down and not as fun anymore.
In all the years Ive been going to Vegas Bellagio has never appealed to me, your experience really makes me fell like I am not missing out on anything.
we was gambling and couldn't get a drink, or service at all I would never stay there I would stay at Excalibur first!!!
Luckily, I’ve always had clean, comfortable rooms when staying at Bellagio. I’ve also received good to great customer service in all areas, except at their retail outlets. Why so surly, Tutto employees? 😧😯 If you get an Accessible/ADA room in the main tower, those renovated rooms still have the original walk-in shower and soaking tub, and we had no issues with the plumbing there.
We still stay at Bellagio due to my comp offers and the ADA rooms. I would love to stay at NoMad, but the MGM Resorts site never offers ADA rooms as an option for that property, which I need for my brother while on vacation.
Bellagio is the new Mirage: at one time Mirage was the place to stay, then after Bellagio, Aria and Mandalay Bay opened, Mirage dropped to a mid-tier property. Now Cosmopolitan will be the ‘it’ property for MGM Resorts after that sale is completed and a renovated Aria still ranks higher than Bellagio.
The competition has also done better than Bellagio in designing and maintaining room quality. Wynn/Encore, Cosmopolitan and Venetian/Palazzo have bigger, nicer rooms that include separate tubs and walk-in showers. Heck, the Ultra Hip rooms at Planet Hollywood are just as nice, are much cheaper and have a free mini-fridge.
Bellagio will remain popular due to their location, wonderful Conservatory, Fountain shows and nicely maintained common grounds, especially with foreign visitors. But it is now definitely overpriced for what they deliver to guests.
Is a room category upgrade still a thing during mon to fri?
I like higher floors for a view (30th floor or higher). I want a pool spa pass cause I'm paying no just for a 'room' but for amenities.
Getting good attitude from employees is still an issue. I go to Vegas NOT TO DEAL W YOUR ISSUES.. I tipp good.
I was there two weeks ago at the Bellagio for my birthday, using my birthday as an excuse (she saw my ID as proof), and being MGM gold, was able to upgrade from premier king to fountain view 2 queens, no issue with plumbing probably because it doesn't have a tub, had a wonderful experience watching the fountain show after 3pm then all night long with the music from TV channel 22, after eating at the bacchanal buffet
Someone just did a youtube review on that Delano restaurant you showed . $39 out the door for a lousy 3 egg ,scrambled egg , breakfast. Thats ridiculous . I guess Delano Roosevelt laid the eggs himself !!!!!!!!! As far as dirty rooms go , I have had bad experiences at every high priced hotel on the strip, thats why I stay at , YES YOU GOT IT , EXCALIBER !!!!!!!!! It costs nothing to stay there and if you have a bad experience you won't be shocked by it . Why pay $ 350 plus a night to find a PUBIC HAIR in your bed when you can get one for only $39 a night !!!!!!!!! Now if they guaranteed the pubic hair was from one of Charlies Angels that would be different !!!!!!!!!!

Interesting comments about Bellagio. I was there, 4th visit, in February. Renovated room in Resort Tower. It was nice, clean. My rooms have been clean every stay. Renovations are nice, but I think those stupid little curved loveseats will be trash in a few years. Mine was already pilling fabric…. and who wants an armless loveseat.
I've had fantastic service at checkin, like Mark. Mostly good service at checkout, although the front desk manager isn't warm or friendly.
I've had great waitstaff and host service at Sadelles, Michael Mina, and Spago. Good at Picasso, but a place like that, we expect "Holy $h!+ I feel like royalty" service. All of those other restaurants facing the lake, service is blah. It was horrible in Yellowtail.
Not sure I care anymore, though.. I checked in mid February, hit the casino, realized just how drastically they cut the earning rate for Rewards slot players, and I low-played them. Probably won't go back except to spend my Rewards Points. I am MGM Platinum… but now playing/staying Wynn.
Never stayed Delano. Had an OK room in Mandalay Bay once, and an excellent SkyView Suite last year. I can confirm Dellas Kitchen is open and excellent; fantastic grits and greens for breakfast!
2017 while staying at Boulder Station for 4 nights, bathtubs backing up was an issue that happened at least a few times. It was disgusting, and when calling the front desk to complain they played stupid. Would never stay again at Boulder Station and will cross Bellagio off the list also.
I haven't stayed at The Belagio in like 10 years but I've eaten at some of their restaurants like Lago and Yellowtail. I agree that the service was pretty bad and those two restaurants were way overpriced considering the quality was subpar.
I just want to let you know that I watch your videos, and always hit the like button. I find your videos very interesting, even if I don't have any comments to make on most of them. Keep 'em coming guys 👍

Be there this weekend staying at the Aria unable to get a room at the Encore, my to go hotel.
Delano also has a very nice ( and quiet) pool………..Delano guests can use the MB pool but not vice versa

Delno us to be The hotel. It had way more darker interior I do not like that all white because I could still see that they have it set up the same way the hotel did years ago. Farm to table kitchen restaurant used to be the breakfast spot The hotel. I want to stay there the night of the red hot chili peppers concert but their prices are a little steep
