Bankrate article on best Bank Bonuses: https://www.bankrate.com/banking/best-bank-account-bonuses/
Silent shifu
sound?
There's no sound for me :((((
I even like the videos that you don’t release LOL
Those Marriott Cards are definitely offering some competitive welcome bonuses! The Bonvoy Brilliant is definitely one that catches my eye because not only is the welcome bonus increased, but it's also by far the best Marriott Credit Card, especially with the new version of the card with the higher free night certificate value etc. Great video as always Ben!
Marriot seems like they are aggressivly devaluing their program
Definitely a great time to consider the Marriott cards! From a pessimistic view though, I wonder if there are devaluations coming.. especially with statuses like Platinum getting more saturated now that you can essentially "buy" Platinum status for next to nothing (factoring in credits and FNC)
Always enjoy getting those physical mailers from Amex 😬💳
TD bank offer is only available to states that they have branches at (you can open online). That’s only a handful of like 15 states.
The Marriott brilliant free night certificate doesn’t trigger until your 2nd annual fee hit correct?
Thanks for sharing Ben!!
I appreciate you including bank account bonuses this month! I’m almost every case, bank account bonuses are easier to hit if you have spare money on the side since they don’t require minimum spend. Rather, they require you to lock up your money for a given period of time, so just make sure to calculate your opportunity cost before going through with them! Great video as always Ben!
I keep on getting $78,000 every week from a new trading platforms in town which Elon recommends
The marriott brilliant is such a great card. Super underrated. I think the fee just scares people
I still get paid by check which makes it difficult to qualify for some of these bank bonuses.
Chase Checking also offering $300 for new account users with a direct deposit. No minimum required.
I'm loving this content. More please.
Ben, thanks for pointing our checking account bonuses. I did not know Citi's bonuses, that is something I explore often. 1k bonus for 75k deposit for 60 days and at a 2.2% apr is a great deal! The problem is that (at least back in 2020) limited online withdraws at 40k, I had a lot of trouble getting my money out of Citibank, they had to validate me and send me a check, it took well over a month! I hated that so much. Hopefully it's changed!
Ok, I'm going to say this here as I and many others have said it on doctor of credit…regarding swagbucks: they are a scam and they don't pay, not only for this offer but for many other offers. I personally did this offer and sent screenshots and pdf files of swagbucks own marketing materials and they still claimed they couldn't track the bonus and refused to pay it. I would however still open a Sofi account DIRECTLY for their bonus and do direct deposit b/c they are paying 2.5% now on both checking and savings with direct deposit.
TD Bank limits you to one bonus in your lifetime. I already got it in 2021 and they told me I wasn't eligible.
Nooo I opened an account with SoFi just 2 days ago and was unaware of the offer from swagbucks! 🙁 Very sad.
Swag bucks no longer works
United is offering up to 50% off buying miles. For example, until Oct. 11, you can buy 175,000 miles for $3,062.50 or 1.75 cents per mile. Is that a good deal?
If you use the freedom flex card to order food will you get the 5% from PayPal and the 3% back on restaurants or just the 5%?
So for the SoFi account, direct deposit means exclusively payment from an employer? Or can you deposit money yourself to complete the amounts required?
