Hate chases 5/24 luckily I did get platinum card and already used all the credits to get make my annual fee basically free just with the credits
I think you said the minimum value of 100,000 chase points was 1,250$ and more for travel redemption, but I'm pretty sure if you redeem it for cashback it's minimum value of 1,000$. Just got approved for my CSP literally today before watching this video, approved with 8K limit 😀

Now would you get the Delta Platinum before the Amex Platinum? Traveling next fall (Delta for domestic bags/companion/etc, Amex for international) and will be getting both these cards as keepers.
Im not a US resident, I can only apply for the Citi Premier (80k miles), not a fan, but Chase don't allow me to apply to their cards and Amex is almost useless abroad USA for everyday spending

Oh, the Amex platinum card offer is huge. If I thought I’d be able to spend the points in a timely fashion I’d be a lot more tempted lol. I just have too many already saved up right now. Hopefully they’ll have another good offer for it in the future.

I’d be all over that Bonvoy Brilliant offer, but I’m pretty sure I’m not eligible. I already have the other AMEX Bonvoy card (that used to be the purple SPG card) and the Chase Marriott card. I know they don’t (or at least didn’t – maybe it’s changed?) like you to have both of those. You could only apply for one or the other, I ended up with both because I had the SPG card.
