Do you keep the tickets from referrals or are they one time use?
After watching Grahamâs video, and Sebbyâs video I decided to put in some money and try it out. Itâs fun how they made it into a game, and I can see how this could encourage people to save money.
I like it. It makes saving more fun.
The app doesn't work…I try to log in and out and it ask me for my information again. Right now unable to log back in. Very frustrating!
Giving it a try, definitely more entertaining than our old savings account!
Just signed up using your referral code. Just curious, what platform are you using to angel invest in some of these 'seed' companies? Am interested in investing in some.
I think its pretty cool and still better than other high yield accounts out there right now. My issue is the amount of time it takes for your money to be deposited and withdrawn. Its been almost 10 days and I'm still not seeing my money in the account.
Sebby, "Prizes" means Taxed correct? Don't you have to pay a tax on "Prizes"? Im still scratching my head on this. Are you actually saving?
Sebby, YouTube recommended this video to me, which was interesting on the tax consequences of Yottaâs prize winnings! https://youtu.be/ZrClYmEI8W8
Hey Sebby. Don't know if you'll answer but maybe someone else can help. When you calculated the new value of each ticket for the case of $1,000 split with 4,500,000 tickets at 5:28 how did you get 0.000209505? I'm getting 8.1353E-10 using (Prize/Participants)*Odds where Prize=$1000, Participants=4,500,000 and Odds=0.0000036609 (1/273158). Let me know. Thanks!
I just signed up with Yotta using your code, excited to see that this savings account has to offer đ
Since we are getting .20 APY and prizes, are we getting a 1099-INT & a 1099-MISC from Yotta for tax purposes?
Please review "netspend" 5% interest for $1000
Thanks Sebby, just signed up using your code.
They just changed it again. "Accounts with balances >$25,000: 1 recurring ticket for every $25 deposited up to $25,000 then 1 recurring ticket for every $150 deposited." Sounds like a huge reduction over 25k.
Please do an update on balances over 25k and if it makes sense at $150 per ticket.
Hey Sebby,
Can you do an update on Yotta? I noticed that they changed the money to ticket ratio when you go above $25K. Whatâs the overall interest now? Still worth it if you stay below 25K?
Yotta has terrible customer service.
JUAN723 use this code for 100 tickets trust me its worth it
I went for it and opened an account a couple months ago, just did my first review of it on my channel, and will continue to do update videos. So far I really recommend it as it's a much higher interest rate than anything on the commercial level, and even higher than most of the online high yield savings accounts and beyond that it's just fun to see the ball drop every day and week! Thanks for doing this video!
Where can I get this spreadsheet? Is there a template I can copy?
Do you lose money from your principal balance?
Do Yotta Bank have Stocks?
How do you invest in Yotta as an Angel investor?
Part of investing is saving money and yotta savings has been good to me! You gotta know that with the new pool feature, people are even putting more money into savings as they believe the pool will raise substantially there opportunity to win the big prize! People should check the reddit forum Yotta Savings to see how together we not only are striving to save more, but earn more from our savings in the process.
Do you have a pool & can I get an invite? Iâm subscribed to your channel, thanks! đ
I am curious about how this is taxed. It says on the site that after you earn more than $600 on price that itâll be reported to the IRS, so as an example if we earn $700 how much will we have to pay in tax? Can you explain it please?
have not won anything other than 21 cents in two months.
Whatâs the best strategy for playing in the pools? I currently have half my tickets in pools and the other half just on my own. Does this make good sense? Or is it best to pool ALL your tickets?
Hi there, I was wondering what is your thoughts on âPrizePoolâ. And do you think itâs safe to invest with them?
how much extra tickets did you get from people using your code though? Because I want to know what the APY would be for someone not promoting a share code through a 162k sub YouTube channel.
I hope they only continue to increase their APY. I agree with you Sebastian I don't have to earn less so some bank can keep the lights on in their 24hr ATM kiosk
Good customers are being turned off. I recently opened a Yotta savings account for my 17 year old son and to my extreme disappointment they rejected him for the debit card. We appealed for a review, as he is a honor student and he had already deposited several hundred dollars in his account with the intent to deposit more from his hard work, and the denial was up held. They claim minors are eligible to apply but 'qualify' and 'eligible to apply' are different and credit is not a factor. I am puzzled by Yottaâs proprietary underwriting to deny the debit card for a prime candidate. Looking for other saving options now.
