Definitely do more of these types on investing.

Some advice I have learned
1) Diversify, not just sectors but in size of companies (large, medium and small companies), bonds (even in different grads of A, B, C), other companies in other countries, commodities. Ray Dalio calls this holy grail of investing
2) Benjamin Graham from the Intelligent Investor book. Some I recall are
a) Never buy IPOS, which he abbreviates as Idiotic, Preposterous, and Outrageous.
b) Price per Earnings balance the price, which he recommended around 20-30. Any higher, its over valued
3) ETPs over mutual funds. The management fees over weigh the gains. Low fee funds will save money.
4) Don't just buy the big indexes of the S&P, Dow, and Nasdaq (referring back to #1)
5) Peter Lynch has other great books. He refers to each gain ratio like baseball from single, doubles, triples and home runs where each base is 100%.
6) Invest the money you are comfortable to not touch for about 7 years. It detaches you emotionally, and at that period you will always come ahead even if you bought at a recession or depression.
7) I agree with the Dollar Cost Average
8) Avoid annuities. The fees over weigh the gains.

I could probably add more, but that is at the top of my head.

Diversification: a) “It is part of a wise man… not to venture all his eggs in one basket.” – Miguel de Cervantes b) “Put all your eggs in one basket and watch that basket.” – Mark Twain

Adding fractional shares of TSLA almost every trading day. Never trying to time the market if you know its going to 5X in value in the next 10 year anyway. Who cares about if it's all time high now. Just buying whenever I have cash to put in.

🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘(vega gang) jk, i'm mostly delta neutral with ideally 130 long 30 short using ichimoku indicators. mostly i start a position with 1 share and DCA in and take out 1:1 long:short profits. So I am beta gang. i try to keep two pairs of OTM strangles to unwind and ramp up with VIX. just wondering if you guys look into the company's financials at all before you pull the trigger. it's kind of hard to do with tech growth companies

I admire you both a lot for your knowledge and experience, besides that though I just also love how you have Tesla stock before it became so popular among the younger investors today lol. You the real MVP for real. You set a great example seriously, long term works!
