Go to Vegas and put half on red and half on black? Fair enough?
Yes!!
You look like a pile of cannonballs in a hat and shirt.
What’s more valuable for Chase. 1% cash back or 1x points, I don’t know the difference xD.
Hyatt transfers keep me coming back for more Chase points year after year 😁💥
I hadn't heard about the United Excursion perk but it's definitely something to keep in mind.
I do like the ease of using UR points. They have decent value if you just want to get cash, the travel portal is easy to use for good value, and they have good value to transfer to their partners without needing to go through the various alliances to get the flights you want.
Thanks for the useful information, I'll come back to this when I have more UR points to spend. Are you also planning to do a video like this for City Thank You Points? I'm sure people would find that useful as well.
New subscriber & new to points & miles. I have a Delta hub 15 miles from home. Chase or American Express. Have neither of there credit cards. I like how you come across. No bs! Thanks
BA for short haul AA = #Winning. 🤣
Great video again. I wanted to contribute to the Waller’s Wallet community with a few UR sweet spots.
Avios
~10k for short haul one-way flights in Asia on One World partners: Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines
Emirates
105k for round-trip from US to Korea on Korean Air business class
Singapore Airlines
55k for round-trip flight from US to Europe on Star Alliance partners: United, Lufthansa
7.5k -12.5k for one-way on Alaska Airlines (good for those in west coast)
70k+ for one-way flight from/to Singapore on Singapore Airlines suites class (half price for saver awards)
Virgin Atlantic
~95k for round-trip from US to Japan on ANA business class
~120k for round-trip from US to Japan on ANA first class
But Hyatt is the clear best UR transfer partner in my opinion, they are reliable, easy to use, great availability, and I got a ridiculous 8.8 cpp in August 2020 with Hyatt points.
Hyatt would be more popular if there was more hotels. The value is great though.
Also rental car insurance is great too. Let's say it would cost $25 per day for rental car/truck insurance, and you plan on renting for 7 days. CSR and CSP will cover you 100% for rental car insurance as the primary insurance. That would be $175 saving for a week long rental.
Hi. I’m planning a trip to Europe soon when they open up. Sitting on 150k UR, 250k MR, and 50k skymiles.
Im from Houston, TX. My ideal destinations are Milan, Paris, London. I want Ams to be last destination.
Should I position myself to Detroit or NY or Atlanta to be able to save miles and best business class experiences?
Some example routes would be nice. Going all out for the trip
Ok Man…. U got me ! LOL! Thanks 4 your video. Hyatt has always been on our mind ! We are about a one hour drive to Ventana’s in Big Sur and look forward 2 visiting some, and it has GREAT all inclusive benefits. But, our main hopeful use will be a trip 2 somewhere in Europe! LOL! Pandemic allowable of course ! LOL!
Love ur points. Thanks for the great video Dustin
Nice vid WW. Always look into your vids. One question though. I have CFU and recently CSP. For a casual traveler, usually by vehicle, what would be my third choice from Chase?
Thank you for all your vids.
Chase is the king when it comes to Rewards. Great breakdown!
You should do a class on both Chase and American Express on how to get the most out of your points. I would pay for it. I think it is tough for me because i only fly in the USA.
Thanks for the great info on Chase points..
I rarely find a Hyatt redemption at greater than 2 cents per point. But I got a first class ticket on SQ to Bangkok last year that was worth about 9 cents. Can't say Hyatt is the best partner
Well done, Dustin.
Very well planned video. People that are in the Chase ecosystem, need to bookmark this video! Take care Dustin and keep the family safe!
Loved the vid! I'm dreaming of travelling once more very soon, and funnily enough to Portugal and UK, so the United perk just might work out. Thank you!
If I pay my car note with the CSP, will that count towards the 4K for the intro bonus?
Great videos, I can not believe I just found you!! Thank you so much. I will watch all your videos and come back with questions!
I swear this card (and all the points) have allowed me to do some dope things in my 20s
I just got approved for this card with 80k intro offer. I know nothing about points and rewards. All I know if I want my trips to the grocery store and restaurants to start helping us go on more trips. My plan now is to go for the freedom flex a few months from now. Is there a 3rd or 4th card I should consider getting as well??
Very informative!👍🏼I need a MacBook and I was contemplating either to take advantage of the 25 percent Apple offer on chase portal 🤔
I just went into a chase today and applied for the ink unlimited (approved 🥳) and I also recently updated my sapphire preferred to the reserve! The agent I spoke to said ‘it’s a good thing, I recently heard they’re talking about no longer offering the $300 travel credit to anyone applying (after a potential announcement)”… but those already with the card will be grandfathered in. Maybe just a rumor, but heard it from a chase branch
No pictures 🙁
