Awesome work Ben as always. Little tidbit : hidden away in the BA Galleries Arrivals lounge is actually a whole load of private cabanas with hot bathtubs. They're in the opposite direction to the shower suites.

Amazing! How many points did it run? I recently got business class round trip for two from PHL to London for about 340,000 Avios plus $1400; if I’d seen this class on offer, I’d have gone for it.

Interested on traveling with kids. As a parent of a newborn I know that kids under 2 can travel for free. If I’m in business class do they just sit on my lap?
Also, what do you think about the BA card? Have you ever managed to get use out of the companion certificate you get after $20k spend?

I’m pissed. My recent SFO<>LHR trip they swapped planes last minute and I got stuck with one of their awful old first class cabins with the weird reverse seating arrangement. Felt like a complete waste of points for the condition of the plane compared to the cabin you have here.

I like club suites for travel to Europe too but just about every Asian and middle eastern airline's biz class beats this product
Makes me sad that BA continues to offer prison style showers in Heathrow lounges. they need to pay a visit to HKG or even the Polaris lounge 😭
