So basically, 1¢/pt cash back and venture miles are interchangeable now?

Like how chase UR points are?

If so, that's interesting, and would indeed make the Savor card kind of like a somewhat gimped (and more complicated) AMEX Gold for team Capital One.

Funny thing I was just commenting on TPG not long ago. Btw TPG has not written anything about this but like you said people are putting out data points. You seem to be the first video or publication. I think this is a great Combo with this info. The only thing not covered is buying airline tickets with Money. Maybe Amex Platinum card is a good compliment for frequent airline travelers…

I have the Savor card, and their system seems to do a pretty bad job of correctly categorizing "entertainment".

I would like to get some capital one points but will never use them. I had a car loan through them. Traded in the car to a car lot. The car lot sent in a check and capital one released the title and the check ended up bouncing. Capital one held me liable for the loan and wouldn’t help me out. They even said we messed up and thought the check would be good but sorry the loan is still under your name. Ended up needing to get a lawyer to get things squared away. It was a mess but all good now.

I had no idea you could convert and transfer cash back from the Savor to the Venture. Awesome idea for this video, Dustin. Keep up the great content and happy travels!

I recently downgraded the Sapphire reserve to no anual fee Sapphire, You reed my mind my next travel card will be capital one venture, because combination of welcome bonus and benefits plus $ 95 dollars is an amount that I feel very comfortable paying every year since I have Amex platinum and gold I currently have all the benefits that I need. I will be using your link when I am ready to apply 👍

While I was researching about my next Visa card I came across with the Bank of America premium rewards and this a very good card program 50,000 welcome bonus (500 dollars ). 95 dollars anual fee and it’s very competitive in the benefits portion, But for some reason this card has been ignored and honesty I think that Card better than the Sapphire Preferred and is going neck to neck with the Capital one Venture, if BOA tweaks/ that card program will be ahead on this game, just simple stuff like 65,000 thousand welcome considering that 1st year anual fee is not waived like the venture. And preferred Waller’s… do you think that doing a video comparison of Preferred, BOA, & Venture will be interesting for people that want a good travel card for less than $100.00 dollars a year ?

I got the Venture card but I don't think it will give me enough value to keep over the one year mark. I still get 10x on hotels with the Venture One card and I think even the 5x on rental cars. Do you know if I can downgrade to the Venture One card and somehow still get the 20,000 bonus of that card?
