$370 per month on gas is the average? Does that average include long-haul truckers, because that seems really high! If you have 2 cars, $20 per car per week is still only about $168 per month.
what are y'all doing that you're spending $370/ month on gas 😂😂😂😂 I spend about $120 and I live a good half an hour drive away from civilization
$370 a month on gas?! How is that possible!? I spend $25 a month
Please continue to share sweetspots
You can still get 5% on gas now I use PayPal with BP gas and chase pay with Shell gas. Three straight quarters 5% gas
Can you make a video on what questions to ask a Chase branch representative to get a credit card with Chase Bank and maybe have a better opportunity at getting approved maybe doing like a mock scenario or questions to ask a branch representative
Delta is garbage
In Q1 can you use chase pay at shell with the freedom to get 5x?
Sebby thanks for going beyond what a travel chanel enjoy your chrismas and everyone enjoy your new year
I just got my Amex blue cash card preferred. And watching you really help me understand about the points game . Thx
I have a score from Transunion and Equifax but I cannot find my Experian credit score is that because I’m 17 one doesn’t exist or the sheer fact I don’t possess enough credit history or other basic criteria for a score with them to exist I am an authorized user on 2 accounts that have perfect standing low utilization since they were opened my trans union and Equifax is 790. My credit age is 2 years 11 months.
Not going to Japan but love the content about how to redeem miles. Really valuable
I just got this card a couple days ago. Mainly for the $200 sign up bonus and because I commute a lot so I'm trying to maximize my gas expenses. That's about it.
I’m using the 76 gas app so I can save 15 cents per gallon and the app is connected to my chase card. Will I still get the 5x back?
What card would you suggest getting first to complete my chase setup? Chase Freedom Ultimate or Chase Sapphire Reserve to stay under 5/24
(I am going for the chase Quadfecta I want both cards using Freedom ultimate for daily driver and CSR for Travel)
1. Capital One Quicksilver
2. Citi Double Cash
3. Chase Freedom
4. Chase Business Ink Cash
5.
Suggestions?
No Disney plus???!!! Cmon Sebby
what's the highest bonus card put right now?:)
Stay away from Chase and Bank Of America.
I love the cherry blossom celebrations in d.c…going to the origin would be very dope!
5x rewards points, overspending by 100%. great plan 👍
"In studies involving genuine transactions of potentially high value we show that willingness-to-pay can be increased when customers are instructed to use a credit card rather than cash. The effect may be large (up to100%) and it appears unlikely that it arises due solely to liquidity constraints."
https://web.mit.edu/simester/Public/Papers/Alwaysleavehome.pdf
What’s the best use of those rewards once you get them? Im over 5/24 and don’t have a sapphire, but I have two freedom cards.
I plan on using the cable and cell phone bill. Does anyone know if they use their card to pay of their cellphone does it count towards the 5% back as a cellphone bill?
Many people pump their gas at grocery stores where they get discounts (Kroger, Costco, Vons) and if you fill up at these places, you'll only get 1%.
Man you really lost me on this one it looks like I need to take course 1 course 2 and course 3 to even know what you are talking about. I wish I could talk with you this one.
I have a question maybe someone can answer this for me. I have the Chase Amazon Prime Signature visa. Is there a way to change this / upgrade/downgrade to a Freedom card?
Yes, deals!
Another great video. I might spend $28 on streaming services, $40.00 on internet, and $100.00/mo. on gas, which honestly makes this a dead quarter for me. I have cell phone protection on a different card, and 4.50% on Online Shopping on a different card, which I leverage by using Samsung Pay to pay for fuel. Looks like the Freedom goes in the sock drawer this quarter.
You can also do a big prepay for your internet and phone bill. These things you likely won't change so if you add a $500 credit to you comcast or verizon bill for example will easily get you to the $1500.
For the 2020 Q1 bonuses for phone bills. I have Verizon and I’m still playing off my physical phone would the 5% count towards the actually principal payments of the phone or only the cellphone service bill?
THis is the worst quarter yet. I have an electric car and will probably not even send over 200.00 this month on 5x items.
Is it possible to buy a phone via your wireless plan in full and then pay off bill with Freedom card?
I used the freedom at Costco, they accepted it. But I did not get the points for it.
Deals!!!
Hey Sebby, I can charge about 30k a month through the business and service trucks. Would you have a good suggestion for what card I should get?
who in the world spends $368 on gas??? Bro I drive a corolla its like $60 bucks max and I drive everyday.
To maximize the internet, cable and phone category, I just pay my all family members bills with the card and they just send or give me the money up front so I can pay off the credit card bill before it’s due. If someone is getting gas, I just let them use my card and give me the cash/send me the money they would’ve payed.
Yes its great idea to share ideas to maximize point use….good job
Hey Sebby I have a question, with chase 5/24 rule, what if you say have 7 cards, and close 3 of them will it show your @4/24? Let me know if you ever experienced this. Thank you !
I feel like this is a somewhat of an untapped audience. there’s plenty of videos on ways to generate points and card strategies in which you have great ones but not many maximizing deals that come about for flights, hotels, or other rewards. Great job Sebby!
Don’t use this high interest rate and bad customer service.
Just got a Galaxy S20 through TMobile on their payment plan. Then paid the balance in full with my freedom. Got the 5% for the entire amount is "cell phone bill"
Hey Sebby, your shows are amazing! I started with a capital one and a LOC of $300 dls, after 3 years I have A credit and Platinum member. Income was not my issues (made around $100k), but poor decisions from years hurt me. Now I’m up there thanks to your advice.
Salud bro!
Which is better freedom or freedom unlimited first time applying for these I have 720+CS
It's not O'saka. It's 'Osaka. It sounds so weird when you pronounce it o'Saka.
