dont like the fact that your almost telling these banks what to do, im sure they have people looking at these videos, these videos pretty much tell them what they need to do next year and so on.

Awesome video Dustin! I do love the collaboration, but it does seem that the points game is going to be even more difficult and expensive going forward. BTW- Who decorated the tree? Great job.

I would love to see the CSR add United Club access like the Amex Platinum does with Delta.

I believe I agree with you where banks will enhance their loyalty bonuses for their customers that use their products or are in their "ecosystem" of products and to retain them. I also agree the CSP needs a refresh, but would be bad to see UR points being devalued. Anyways Happy Holidays and Happy New Year in advance!

I personally dont see much value in chase cards. Definitely like amex and capital one better for earning and redemption regardless of their trifecta.

Platinum card should add a premium dining 5 percent category kicking in at 100.00 dollars at restaurants

Fits with purpose of the card

I would love to see 3 things change. I only realistically believe 2/3 will happen.

1) CSR offer 3x on car gas.
2) CSP offer 2x on groceries.
3) Amex Platinum include all forms of travel for their $200 travel credit. Currently it is only incidental airline expenses.

I’m pretty sure business cards don’t report to the credit bureaus so how would Chase even know about any non-Chase business cards you have?

Gosh. Everyone is so negative. Is it the end of the credit card world as we know it? Let's hope some good stuff comes to us who play the game with integrity. Great video Dustin and company.

Hi all,
Aspire hope doesn’t get devalued. Works well w/ no AF Hilton card. Increased fee and. O benefit might negate some traffic but still a great overall card.
UR points I would say Chase needs better bonus category like gas or grocery or entertainment.
Platinum needs some category at 4x, 3x, 2x. Remove the Saks and change it to Clear. Move to the old prestige credit for airline credit.
Prestige update? Add transfer premium? Car rental? I got hosed on a hertz purchase w prestige.
Definitely Chase needs to remove the one Sapphire rule. Pair the two for a better combo and then supplement with Freedom
would love to hold newest Amex charge card and bring back other platinum cobrands
Love the hobby

Agree about Aspire Card, though it does give Hilton an edge over Marriott. Having no Chase cards, if the program gets devalued more, I'll be just as glad to have stayed clear. That BoA rewards program definitely sucked me in, at a time when Wells Fargo was opening accounts under my birth name. I would have leaned more towards a smaller bank like US, but duel loyalty and credit card boosters, won me back over.

I disagree with Hilton Aspire devaluating its status. That change alone would turn it from one of the best hotel cards into one of the worse, due to Hilton's poor redemption value.

I agree that chase will continue to stagnate. JP Morgan doesn't care about accommodating the points and miles game and they make way too much money to need to care.

Although, I don't think Business cards will count to 5/24. Chase very much wants to accommodate businesses they actually do make money for banking with small businesses and they don't want to put up roadblocks for that demographic. If anything they will make it harder for people without legit business to get business cards.

I predict that Chase will update the CSP by raising the annual fee to 149 and offering a lower tier DoorDash credit, maybe 30 dollars per year. Hones, there is no incentive for them to come up with new multipliers. They know that with the 5/24 rule they will always have a new stream of people applying for their cards.
On another note, I also think they will make changes to how points can be transferred between cards. Everyone knows that the strategy to use is to have a rotation with the CF/CFU as earner cards and the CSR/CSP/CIP as the cards to redeem with. My prediction is that they will no longer transfer at 1:1 ratio, but perhaps a 1.5:1 ratio.
