Fairmont Mayakoba, Mexico – Review of King Beach Villa 905

Thanks for the review. The view is incredible, but wow, that decor is terrible. Not up to Fairmont standards at all (Accor may be to blame since they bought out the Fairmont brand). It's kind of like they did a half renovation as the tile doesn't match some of the other upgrades. Very cheap looking. I stayed there before the reno and it was a great. Vibrant colors that blended with the surroundings. Paying the amount of money for these beach front suites, I'd expect MUCH better furniture, decor, etc that is worthy of the price.
