Yayyy Credit Content. Something Im shocked that none of the CCtubers have done yet is a SUB video. Lotta people are out of work but still have to buy groceries and pay for things so a video on the best low spend SUBs, $500-$1000/3 Months would be awesome. Im almost done with my Optimized Cashabck cards and gonna be looking at slow churning after so extra fun for me 🙂

Ok just a friendly reminder: if you had your credit card debt for too much and stretch it for too long, basically none of the mentioned card or banks gonna help you, why? B/c your low credit score won’t give you a good reference when you apply those Zero APR cards, sounds ironic huh?

I'm surprised that the Chase Slate isn't available. Is Chase just "tightening their belt"? Do you think they will bring it back?

How would they make money with 0% interest?

Swipe fees. They make money every time you use it, even when you pay no interest.

My BofA Cash Rewards card is also called a BankAmericard. I think that's just the name of their line of non co-branded cards.

The EveryDay card is a great product but unfortunately it has always had a cap on the amount of your balance you can transfer. It used to be 75% but I believe it is now $5000 no matter what your credit limit on the card is.

It's rather ironic that the BoA Bankamericard is a Mastercard rather than a Visa. Maybe BoA didn't want to cause a SEO fiasco

Be careful when applying for Amex everyday card. The max balance transfer that's allowed is only $5000. I'm so pissed with it now 😡

Video idea, perhaps. As credit tightens on loans and such many of us who can pay our bills are not able to get new lines of credit, mortgages etc. I’ve never had a secured card but I’m considering it now even though I have a few lower tier cards already (discover it, citi double, capital one). So, I am on the lookout for ways to boost my credit in this more strict environment to stage myself for a heloc or 2nd mortgage in a year or so. My credit is below 700 now but climbing. I’m wondering how effective getting a couple secured cards might effect my score and which ones would be best and offer paths to unsecured lines. I feel like there a lot to discuss here possibly. Thanks for the content and I really dig your wallet btw!

I tried to do this about a year or so ago. I got hyped up thinking I was going to transfer all of my nearly $20,000 in credit card debt but I only got approved for a $1000 line of credit lol. I'll be debt free by the end of the year though… so yeah…

The chase freedom cards are a good balance transfer option. The freedom are 0% over 15 months with a 3% fee ( they all charge the 3% fee now ). I'll use the 200$ back on 500$ spent and any rewards I get from the intro 5% on grocery spend to smash down that balance.
