Getting my grant had always been so stressful for me until someone recommended cloudconsultant, I decided to give it a try and then at the end got approved for my grant. His method is just so simple and process doesn’t take too long to be successful..

All dining goes on the CSP. Occasionally use my NIH VS Travel card, also 3x on dining just to keep it open.

However i am contemplating switching over to the dark side & getting the Cap1 Savor card. πŸ€”

Easily the Amex Gold Card is the best for dinning and groceries…

I still have the Citi Prestige, I know that its no longer open to applicants, but despite having a number of the cards mentioned in this video, the Prestige is what I use exclusively for dining earning 5x citi points… (about 10%)

I know this card lost some of its benefits because they cut a bunch of the travel protections but IMHO its still one of the best cards. It earns 5x on dining with no cap, has an easy to use $250 annual travel credit, can give 4th night free booking hotels twice a year, and it has the best cell phone protection ($1000 per claim, with a cap of $1500… and who really makes 2 cell phone insurance claims in a year?), and it also has one of the best priority passes – the Prestige priority pass includes priority pass restaurants, which the amex ones dont, and also the Prestige priority pass includes immediate family members (where other priority passes either have a limit of 2 guests or require a fee for guests)… If you travel mostly with a spouse and kids, this makes the Citi Prestige one of the best cards for lounges.

Other than the Prestige, my wife uses the Amex Gold card for dining and we use the Amex gold card for uber eats and grub hub… 4x amex points are better than 3x UR points imho, I find the Amex transfer partners better

🍴🍽 I use my newly acquired Amex Gold card for groceries and dining expenses are about equally split between those expenses. Note that Since I haven’t ramped up travel yet, I mostly redeem MR points via CS Plat and invest it.

Btw, I don’t know if your videos are getting better or I’m just at the point now that I understand your analysis better. Keep it up! πŸ‘πŸ½

I don't like AA airlines at all. I had bad experience with them involving racism in the past. I would only fly with them if i get free flights, upgrades, business class, fancy beverages or gifts. It is more like a White man's airline.

Costco card used to be ok but now it's not so great since you have better options.

🍴 I'm currently using my Amex Gold for dinning @ 4xs point. I love to cook but I travel for work so it's hard to cook as much as I'd like so I'm a mixture or dining and cooking. Only downfall about the Amex gold is it's for US dining, take out, or delivery. Is there a card that can be used for dining worldwide with high points offered

I pretty consistently get 3-3.5 cents per point with Hyatt. The Chase cards net me 9-10.5% on dining.

I am your basic old fart who has a variety of cards with varying points or whatever one calls them. I am always wondering what card to use for the best result, but I guess I should figured out what my best result would be first. I also need to learn how to use my points of which I find very confusing. I watch your videos and am amazed at the volume of information you can give in such a short amount of time. Now as for eating out, I used to eat out a lot but for the last 2.5 years of staying home I would say I cook. In fact tonight is the first time I have gone in to a restaurant and sat down for close to three years. Even though I do not understand half the stuff you say, do enjoy your videos.

I use my Discover for Q3 right now, I hit the limit, so I vary my Freedom Flex and Cap One Savor One cards for 3%. Also I have the SoFi Credit Card that earns me 3% on everything for the first year while I’m gardening.

Usually eat at home, but dine out maybe two times per week, using my chase cards (mostly the Freedom Flex, since I reserve the Preferred for travel). But in the short term I'm using my Venture X for everything to hit the sign up bonus. Great vid.

🍴 Amex gold for me, great as we probably cook at home 75% of the time. Even if I didn’t use the $240 credits/month I’m still over $1000 of EV annually, such a great all around card.

🍴I’m dining out Seb now that I’m in a relationship haha. I’m currently always dining out in OC (Newport Beach) so I’m looking to run the CSR set up then probably downgrade to CSP in a year or 2. Currently also have double cash and want to get premier soon but I’m 3/24 so I want to fill those slots with freedom flex then CSR. That’s my goal for the next 6 months/year have a good one brother love the videos!
