Nice video brother ! In one year I followed your plan and made it to 740 credit and even got accepted for a gold Amex Card! Thank you so much for the help, and enlightenment 💪🏼

Didn't you have to buy those points for $550 (American Express Platinum annual fee)?

So $550 and $363 were both deducted from your bank account? So your cost is $913. Plus, if you were spending $913 towards airfare and hotels using your Uber card, you'd get 3% paid back, so recursively, the $913 with opportunity cost, is $941.23. Real math is not subjective. But your videos are always subjective.

It is like doing a video about what a great Blackjack player you are because you won a thousand dollars, but forgetting to mention you lost $5,000 trying to win that $1,000.

Saying your trip only costs $363 when it really costs over $941 is not only clickbaity and deceptive, but it is also irresponsible reporting.

We, the viewers, aren't stupid and gullible like you think we are, Credit Shifu. Stop treating us as such.

But did you see that United miles NEVER EXPIRE as of yesterday? Also maybe you might want to answer your FB messages Ben?

Getting 2cpp is also possible on economy on flights to the Caribbean, Mexico as they typically cost more in cash while the points price isn't much different

Really appreciate such detailed advice on using points to book flights. I currently have a little over 100,000 points on CSP and I’m a little nervous to use them as I want the best deal possible. Your video will point me in the right direction!!! Thank you

Seems like Chase points are much better. Don’t have to look for availability and can use points for taxes and fees

Is calling the only way to book? How come he didn’t use the BA site if it showed availability?

Important tip not mentioned. Check availability before you transfer your points.

With a bit of work you can make points worth even way more than that. Last Christmas I was able to book multi segment flight EWR-MUC, PRG-LWO, KBP-JFK through United using Excursionist perk for 60K United points + $100 taxes only. Same flight purchased with cash would have cost me ~$3500 per both United and Google Flights. So in my case I’ve got 5.67 cpp! Probably have to make video about it too…

OMG we're going be in Japan during the same time! Used Amex Platinum IAP and FHR for the trip.

Could it be possible that you make a comparison between the Amex Platinum from the US and the one from Mexico, I would really like to know why is the annual fee on the Mexican version higher than the one in the US. By the way great content.

Mr.Cs, what do you think of the upgrade on the Marriott card, 50,000points with $450 fee.

2 cents is actually pretty low for premium cabin international flight.
