PSA: i jus got approved yesterday for the CSP in branch, and indeed they do waive the first year annual fee when applying in branch!
I have 3 credit cards with $600 limits, a 2 year & 1 month credit history and a 705 credit score on Credit Journey. My income is just over 30k a year do you think I have a chance of approval?
I got my CSP about 2 years ago at this point. I can downgrade my CSP to a freedom, but can I turn around and re apply for a new CSP to get the 100k? Or is there a waiting period to where I won't be able to apply if I downgrade. *edit: probably not because i got points within 48 months?
I got approved yesterday! I went in a branch and waived the $95 fee plus received the $50 grocery credit. I got CL of $12,800 with my credit score being 775

I was already approved for all credit cards since i had a car payment with them before. Chose the preferred over the reserved
Which credit bureau do they use? Me..Transunion 745… oldest card 13 months… no derogatory, 100% payments.. 3 credit cards.

I recently applied for this card and received a 12,000 credit limit. I didn’t think I was gonna be approved due to the fact that I have a 673 credit score through Experian, my oldest credit card is 2 years old, I have a student loan that’s 8 years old, and I have 1 derogatory mark on my credit. I have 3 CC, 2 of which are through a credit union and 1 which is the freedom flex. Hope that helps anyone that’s in a similar situation. This sign up bonus is too good to pass up
How much income do you need to apply for this card? I’m a graduate student and I know you can’t put student loans on the app as income. So is it impossible to get approved?
My wife added me as Authorized User on her CSP card. Can I still apply CSP and get the bonus?

What happens to my points from the CSR and freedom cards if I downgrade my CSR to the freedom? I'm hoping to do Credit Shifu's recommendation of waiting 30 days then apply for the CSP. I don't have a player 2 to transfer my points to.

I applied in branch yesterday for this sapphire preferred card and was approved, yes it's true they did waved the AF for the first year along with a $50 grocery credit, door dash credit, lyft credit, I also froze my experian file they ended up pulling my equifax, approved for $10.400 CL.
Two Qs:
1) I received Sapphire Reserve 60K bonus in August 2017 statement, so you think applying on Sept 1st for preferred would qualify me? If the 100K offer is still available and I downgrade my present reserve to one of the freedoms?
2) Looking to downgrade my current Sapphire reserve to Flex or unlimited – this means, I wont ever be eligible for their welcome bonus if i opened a second flex or unlimited as new application, correct?
Does a declined application count towards the 5/24 rule?
Which one is the no annual fee sapphire?
I got an approval note while checking my account, is it safe to go ahead and accept?
I really would like to get this for summer expenses in 2022. I feel this card will definitely boost my United mileage credit card. Sometimes United does not offer cheaper flights I think this cc would compensate that, then transfer points to miles 1:1 .
