In this video:
Durango (Station) – Despite currently owning 3 closed casinos in Vegas, Station Casinos is building their newest locals property in the booming Southwest part of the Vegas valley. This new hotel & casino will be coming in 2023.
UnCommons – Featuring office space, retail, dining and residential, this mixed use development will cost $400 million and be home to DraftKings Las Vegas headquarters with up to 1,000 employees.
Area15 Rise – This 131 foot skybar leaves your feet dangling and you exposed to the elements while you have a drink and soak in amazing 360 degree views of Las Vegas including the iconic Strip.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas – This thing started construction back in 2005, but it looks like it may finally get finished this time. Construction has started once again with a projected opening of late 2023.
Slots A Fun – Not the fanciest place in the world, but this has one of the better casino carpets around and will soon be home to a new daiquiri bar.
Circus Circus Renovations – Circus Circus has added a new $9 million food court near their buffet and is spending another $1.5 million to build another food court in the Adventuredome. Good to see this place getting some love!
Dollar Loan Center – Home to the Henderson Silver Knights beginning in 2022, this 6,000 seat arena replace the Henderson Pavilion amphitheater which sat on the same spot. It will also house an arena football team.
Project 63 – Replacing the Harmon Tower, this retail development fits in well on the corner of Harmon and the Strip right next to City Center.
Sahara Renovations – Just about every part of this historic property has been improved with the $150 million switchover from SLS back to Sahara. A few projects remain, but Sahara is definitely worth taking another look at.
Pinball Hall of Fame – With 25,000 square feet of space this new venue is great. The new sign out front is spectacular as well.
Dream Hotel Las Vegas – A new 500+ room hotel and casino coming to the South Las Vegas Strip next to the pinball hall of fame, Las Vegas sign and the airport.
MSG Sphere at the Venetian – MSG & The Venetian have pushed forward with this state of the art theater with construction expected to stretch through 2023. At a cost of $1.8 billion this building will be a Vegas icon for decades to come.

The Circus food court looks Soviet designed. And, can do without the plastic plants. They can do better. Dollar Loan-Center sounds like a loser. I’m sorry for persons who need those “pay-day” loans. Doubt that they loan for essentials—rather, for more gambling.
This is the most Informative Vegas Channel on you tube…. Kp up the gd work folks…. All the best from Scotland…..
Thanks guys, great show
😜 haaaaa Circus Circus……. It should be Demolish Demolish!
Thanks for another informative and up to date video of the happenings in Vegas. I wouldn't worry to much about Dollar Loan. The name will change soon enough. Change seems to be the only constant in Vegas. Norma Geli has good vids too about what's happening in Vegas. She's cute too!
Hey Guys. Loved the video.
Love that private plane landing there. Wonder who it was ? Wait. Was that Mark ordering McDonalds again ??? 😱👍👍
Quick question, do you think food courts are the next big thing thanks to Resorts World?
great update 😎👍👍👍
Thanks for the video. I’m so happy that the blue building on the north end of the strip is finally getting completed. That place was jinxed 😂 please keep the videos coming !
Hi Shawn. I just drove down to southwest from downtown Summerlin yesterday because apple was out of phones and didn’t know when they would get more. So I drove to my carrier store on blue diamond because the Summerlin store said they had some. I drove down ft. Apache to the store on blue diamond and back up Durango after getting my phone. My first time in that area for 1 to 2 years I couldn’t believe how much has and is being built.
This is where you shine at when you make these kind of videos. I've been following you for a good while and this is a kind of content that I love. You never overdo it and you make it look so professional. Thanks Shawn for making this post
Does the Sahara have free parking?
Great video! I'm feeling pretty good about my property value in the SW.
Thanx for the info. I just love these type of videos so I know what to plan when we come back. You do such a great job. Now only if Mark would do some in Detroit. Karen
Fantastic video! I love learning all about the upcoming developments. TFS!
sooo heres a thought for fountain blue. all those windows that fell out of the tower makes you wonder why they fell out?? how many more windows will???
The Big Mystery…..the construction cranes on top of the Walgreens building next to the Venetian casino. Those cranes have been there for about 20 years.
The Cranes of Mystery.
Resorts World will help Circus so it really behooves them to put money into the areas lagging, i.e. a food court. Not sure about the daiquiri bar though….lol
Dec 24 to 26 park mgm
With the brutal desert heat that last 6 months it's unfortunate life becomes being indoors. Yes gambling, gambling, drinking and more drinking. It's so sad , like living in a bubble.
I enjoy living in Maui enjoying the true beauty of nature and the relaxing laid back atmosphere.
You really know how to put good video's and the narrative is even better.
Hopefully we'll have another one down the road with All Net Arena and Majestic Hotel if those end up going through
Thanks for the update. Love that new builds are coming on and that Fountainbleu is finally going to get finished😁😁
You're the only vlogger making empty fields funner than others walkthrus of completed casinos!
Cool vid as always, thanks guys.
Another great informative video. Thanks for sharing.
Nice video! December !
