Unfortunately I don't fit the criteria, hasn't been long enough since my CSR bonus way back when. This is a great offer tho. Go for the CSP first then if you're still interested in the CSR benefits, upgrade in year two. Hard to leverage all the CSR benefits in 2020 as is… Solid use case for the points redemption too!

I just hate the fact that I'm below 5/24 but can't get this card because I held the CSR since 2017. I'm would be very much in the clear to apply for this card had it not been for these restrictions that are in place!

Having a major debate with myself on this one. I don't have a Sapphire card to date and could eventually use the points, but for 2021 I'm not likely to travel and I get a higher multiplier on my CFU for dining. The card would just sit unused after the initial spend to get the points. Hmm.
Whats the point of csp? The freedom unlimited has 3% back on restraunts 1.5 everything else. It'd be hard to justify the .5% difference on travel for $95 af

I have a question, when is the best time to pay off balance? I heard that it is after the close date (when balance gets reported to the credit Bureaus) and before the due date. However, My due date comes 4 days before close date. And I pay my balance in full by the due date. What then gets reported, 0%? Then how can I pay after close date and before due date? If $0 gets reported, then banks might think that I don’t use the card?

I was so pissed when they announced this upgraded bonus a week after I got approved and wth they only gave me 15k limit for my 815 fico. I was so pissed I closed my investment account with them. Ungrateful bastards. Lol
