Great info…I can't wait to see the new awards chart to see which Park Hyatt I'm gonna stay at during off peak season

Could you do an updated video on the World of Hyatt credit card review taking into account the upcoming changes to the World of Hyatt Program?

Changes in Category have already taken effect. I have a wedding to go to Saratoga NY this summer and Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta used to be a category 2, 8000 points, since the new year has been category 3, 12000 points per night.

Staying at Park Hyatt Sydney this summer. Went ahead and booked just to make sure award availability doesn't suddenly disappear.

I tried to like Hyatt, Hyatt Place in California: Hyatt Recency in New Orleans. Loved the customer service and beautiful infrastructure and lobbies. I thought the rooms themselves were much more basic, like a 2.5 star. Is that just me, or would you give them another try?

This is why I follow you! Had no idea this was happening. And you break it down very well.

Just wanted to say good job on getting content out frequently. It feels like some of the other credit card channels have cut back a bit.

I'm very curious about the peak and off-peak dates. For anybody that has flexibility in travel dates, this can end up being a big points saver.

I still can’t believe that hyatt regency Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is gonna be a category 1. That’s just stunning

Any thoughts on the new Air France/KLM/Delta/Virgin Altantic program merger, it seems like when flying to Europe on some routes Virgin Atlantic has gotten rid of their fuel surchases now.

I've been wanting to get the WOH credit card for a while now. I'm wondering if I should wait to pull the trigger on that and see how these changes are implemented first.

I wonder how Hilton and Marriott can get away with devaluing their reward points programs and remain competitive with Hyatt who far and away outperforms its rivals.

Marriott blows with their stupid points. The free night is useless when the 40k hotels are what I need.

I think the changes are not horrible but not great. Like you said, you win some you lose some. But do you think with these changes, it brings the value of Ultimate Rewards points down since Hyatt is Chase's number one transfer partner? Even so, Chase's ecosystem is still a good one and the Hyatt credit card is still sought after. Great video Dustin. Take care and happy travels!

I have a question Waller. If you’re a World of Hyatt cardholder with its complementary Discoverist status, do you receive the 10% bonus points on points transferred from Chase Ultimate Reward points (assuming you are also a Sapphire card holder)? In other words, would 50,000 UR points become 55,000 Hyatt points if you hold the World of Hyatt card?
