The SoFi debit card was at one point the best debit card for international travel with no checking fees and no ATM fees. But SoFi Money has made some changes to where for the Schwab Debit card could now be the best option.

I used my card for the first time at an ATM just yesterday at a non-Allpoint ATM. Thankfully I was grandfathered in and it was reimbursed
best bait and switch
i thought your original video on sofi was bs because ur thirsty for referral links and it proved to be bs lesson of the day don't be greedy
Schwab is back on top for the best travel debit card!
Loved the "for now" disclaimer for the grandfather clause. Companies can change basically any policy on a whim
I'm so glad I chose to open a Charles Schwab account back in April. Once I saw the APY drop below 1% for SoFi, I knew it wasn't worth it. Schwab has a much longer history as well as bigger name and I trusted them more than SoFi. By the way, after getting a hard pull on Equifax from opening the Schwab account, the inquiry fell off my report this week, which is much faster than I'd thought. So for those who were worried about getting a hard pull on Schwab, don't be, because it drops off very quickly
Great video. Thanks! As always you keep us updated on changes on this points and miles hobby! You the man!
I closed my SoFi account months ago because I had problems with their customer service.
Stick to Charles Schwab; stay away from flight by night and too good to true deals that only last for so long. The hard inquiry hurt abit, but it is so worth it Schwab is awesome
10% Whole Foods and Trader Joe's ain't gonna pay for themselves, said Sofi. Glad they respect their elders too (grandfathered in).
I would recommend checking out the Morgan Stanley CashPlus debit card. Has some minor hoops, but I think is just as good or better than the Schwab card. So far been using it as my primary checking account.
Is SoFi money even FDIC insured? Their website says "SoFi Money® is a cash management account, which is a brokerage product, offered by SoFi Securities LLC. Member FINRA/SIPC. Neither SoFi nor its affiliates are a bank."
SoFi just Bonvoy'ed themselves.
I was looking into them before. So glad I didn’t go with them.
That's what you get for fooling with a debit card!
That makes up my mind. Gonna go with Charles Schwab when its time. Thanks Dustin! Take care and stay safe!
Can you open and review Betterment Checking and debit card, it seems this is gonna be another of those cards which refunds ATM fees worldwide?
Charles Schwab!!
Just get a mco debit card and you get 2% cash back in the form of an appreciating asset
Glad I'm watching this, I'm highly considering opening a SoFi cash management account for that $200 sign up bonus
i wanted to recommend sofi to a lot of my friends but now that it won't be something they will use since the benefits got cut only only reason i would have them join is for the 50 dollar bonus for them joining.
Any experience with TIAA Bank? Not clear to me whether they have foreign transaction fees or not. ATM refunds up to $15 a month.
Sofi should reimburse all atm fees. There aren't allpoint abroad
