You should have discussed the use of embossed numbers on this brand new Flex. Like it's a card from the previous century… And what about contactless payments, or adding it to Google Pay? Discussing all of this would have "made sense" 😜

I think they are trying to grab some market share from AMEX and get those hold outs – being conservative in getting the next credit card pays off – which is a little redemption for those of us that didn’t jump into the stock market in March 😬

A couple of years ago I stumbled upon your videos, and as a result got the freedom unlimited, the freedom card, and the Chase Sapphire preferred card. I traveled to see my friend in oregon, and had $1,000 worth of points left that really became crucial during covid-19. I know a lot of people demonize credit cards, but I honestly don't know where I would be without them. Another criticism I hear is that the credit card point game is for rich people. I make less than 20,000 a year delivering pizza, and credit card points have helped me immensely. Thank you Sebby!

I have both the freedom and the freedom unlimited from before. I was thinking about changing to the flex, but since the other benifits for the flex are the same as the freedom unlimited I feel like the flex wouldn't give me anything. What do you think?

Hello! Has anyone who currently has a Freedom or Freedom Unlimited tried to product change / downgrade their Chase Reserve to the Unlimited or Flex successfully? I was reading the terms and the new applications seem to NOT allow people to get the Flex or Unlimited if they already have it. I currently have the Freedom and Reserve. I would like to open Flex and Unlimited (at different times), but I might want to change my Reserve to a second Flex or Unlimited when the Reserve reaches the one year new fee, since not doing much traveling. Another question: not the best use of points, but when combining UR points, can the points from Reserve go to Freedom / Flex / Unlimited–because I don't want to lose my points before using them? Or when transferring to partners through Reserve, can I just transfer them and not use them? Thank you!

I’m guessing that’s why I was approved for the CSP last week even though my credit is just at 700. I got this card because I’m moving abroad next year for college. Being in Europe I want to travel around the continent and not worry about int fees. This works great for that and flights.

Love the page!! I think your right that not a lot people want a new credit card, especially for travel, with COVID-19 and not a lot of people planning to travel. However, the sign up points are insane not get one. I wish I got 80k for mine instead of the 60k I got 2 years ago. One of my favorite and everyday card CSP. I just applied for the Amex gold so ima see how it goes.

Talk about PayPal Key + Plastiq for hitting SUBs. You can set any card as your paying card for paypal key and plastiq processes it as debit so only 1% fee.
