Do you think all of these new projects announced for Vegas are going to get built?
DAMN. my fingers were poised to note the absence of a Cris Angel crack. Foiled at the final second! π₯Έ
Re Fertita project. As that new Crystals-adjacent mall is built, the construction noise makes south-facing Cosmopolitan rooms much less desirable. Now, one project will end, next noisy project starts. Losing views. Everyone just waiting for MGM to ruin Cosmo. The hits keep coming…
Baffles me that tourists continue to flock to Vegas as conditions continue to deteriorate. I guess every year there are fewer and fewer people alive who remember how well the consumer was treated in "old Vegas". Every time I get the $5.99 breakfast special at AZC, it reminds me just a little of how things used to be.
ALL net, souvt it will ever happen….I'm still waiting for Fontainebleau
Remember bowlers are ballers they got the money, shoes and their name on their shirts! Bowl On Dude!
Maybe Chris Angel can do a special series of shows in the new Bally's/Horseshoe Arcade. Looks like the perfect-sized venue for him!
Wynn had Ferrari, until Steve tried to sell his Enzo, Ferrari said "you can't sell that car per contract", Steve said "That's my name on the building, GTFO!" and Ferrari left…
We loved Bally's. Very inexpensive for a great strip location. Clean remodeled big rooms. theres enough around it that we didn't worry that it didn't have a great theme. Attached to Paris and really close to Miracle Mile.
Judging by hotel prices there are a lot of major events in town. As far as Uber the cab rates aren't much more now that they are set and I can be heading to my hotel in a cab before I even walk to rideshare, worth an extra $5 to me
there are MM collectors also, just like coca cola
looking forward to new strip casino
great job…the new Ballys/horseshoe sports book is upstairs>>??
They should have gone with a mild London theme for the cosmo ripoff, just stick a mini Big Ben, and London bridge over the entrance driveway, and voila, you have a differentiated experience without astronomical costs
As a Vegas local, I wish these projects would happen. Only further helps our city. Iβll keep my fingers crossed!
The new Fertita hotel & casino rendering looks boring. This is an opportunity for him to stand out and build something unique since he's getting a prime spot in the center of the strip. Despite the lot size, advancement in building technology and trending architectural designs should have been the main driver in coming up with a resort worth talking about for years to come. He's definitely no Wynn when it comes to being a visionary.
Their going to need those areas for Chris angel to entertain the homeless!!ππ±π€ͺ
Fun informative video ππ
Bally's Arcade: Not as bad as Chucky Cheese! π When will the Horseshoe/Bally's remodel be done? We like to stay there for the great location.
