I’d probably get this because why not but I totally don’t see this as some groundbreaking product that would really earn me anymore money but I just don’t really see a downside to it either. I have savings accounts with Ally and American Express so why not add another one?

Honestly a pretty cool thing, it really depends on the interest rate they offer if I open an account or not. In the end of the day, just throw your money in Ibonds 😂

I guess if it has a competitive interest rate, this could be good news for Apple card holders.

I'm done with credit cards. Totally out of the game. Been going completely off grid lately and just bartering for goods and services with the locals.

Apple moving into the finance sector is exciting, to say the least. Whether you're a fan or not, it's pretty insane to see how much market share they have and continue to gain in the US economy as a whole. I wonder if this will make people want to sign up for the Apple Card just for that added benefit or not? I guess time will tell! Thanks for sharing Ben!

Won’t get the Apple Card until you get the same rewards for actually using the card. What’s the point of a metal card then

So what? There are loads of other fintech operators out there. The real disruptors in this industry are Alipay and Wechat pay. When even homeless people in China are using QR codes to beg, that's when you know you've cornered the market.
