Rio Las Vegas is leaving will undergo renovations and rebrand as a Hyatt hotel. Rio Casino will become multiple Hyatt hotels, similar to the Park MGM Las Vegas and Nomad Las Vegas, Caesars Palace and Nobu Hotel Las Vegas.
